Thankfully it's not really what D is suggesting here, so he's not getting upset with the other, but.. dang, just the thought of it being taken apart is enough to make something in Daniel's chest ache. ]

I'm never taking it apart, no matter what happens with it.

It's more than just a car. It has.. [ He pauses, like he's trying to determine how much he wants to say about this to a total stranger, but then settles on: ] It has a lot of sentimental value. Especially here, so far away from home.
