[He comes onto the screen but then there is a pause. It takes him a moment since it seems he has forgotten why he has even come onto the network at all. He is clearly frustrated by this lapse and he lets out a slow breath to try and focus his mind on the task at hand.]
Apologies...my mind isn't as sharp lately as I would like. I've been trying to find a way to correct it by so far I can't seem to counter the random memory loss.
[The short term things aren't so bad...except when he forgets what he is doing in the middle of trying to create a tea to help with the memory loss...]
I'm fairly certain the reason I started this was to find out if anyone has had any success in combating this issue. I've been trying to figure out some remedies myself but I've only been able to correct the short term. I'm still struggling with the long term.
[The fact that there are entire gaps in his memory of home is...painful.]
If you do need relief from short term issues I have a few things you can try. You are welcome to come to the shop and I will send you home with some samples. I've noticed it is best if you take it as soon as you realize you've forgotten something in order to get it back. But it only seems to work if what you have forgotten was from the last 30 minutes.
So...if you have any suggestions for long term memory retrieval or any experience with this kind of thing I would appreciate hearing them.
