(can one even make out what's happening? there's just a lot of frantic movement. there's a point it does stop and one will spot some familiar establishments. it seems this is taking place in WILLFUL MACHINE and whoever is the recorder is up high like on a rooftop of some kind. finally the recorder speaks, it's a (ooc: mugman/cuphead goofy accent) voice no one will recognize except fang or vi since he doesn't usually speak unless needed:)

Oh man, oh man! I only looked away for a few seconds. Where did she go now?

(well to answer this omen's question, there's some shots being fired somewhere in the distance. the omen monkey screeches and back to the frantic running. occasionally in his pants, one can hear him say,"We might have an emergency! Someone might be hurt!" there's a maniac crackling, too. it's echoing in the skies and becomes louder the more this omen is getting closer to the scene. and finally now on ground level, there are trenchies running from the opposite direction from where this omen is sitting -- luckily, they are darting out the way so he won't get trampled over.

and there is jinx with her gun aiming down at the citizen lying there on his back. is there blood? yes, there is. the trenchie is definitely wounded on his shoulder in which he grips over.)

Please, I'm sorry!! I-I didn't mean to pull on your hair. It was an accident, I swear!!

(all...this...fuss over a hair tug? it's like jinx has forgotten how ridiculously long her braids are. however though, she doesn't seem to be taking the apology but instead grinning wickedly before crouching down to the stranger. the barrel is press hard underneath his chin; maybe it'll leave an imprint there. she certainly hopes so. chewing on her bottom lip, she finally decides to speak...sorta.)

(maybe [YOU] are out here in WILLFUL MACHINE and saw the commotion and [YOU] wish to stop this mayhem. well, it's too bad. because the moment jinx starts moving, [YOU] will be her backup dancer to her singing and dancing. hope you have a fun workout!

meanwhile, mr.bananas is just recording this still because he is completely dumbfounded at what the fuck is happening. TOO MUCH IS GOING ON!!! oh as for the bloody trenchie? he ran off during this dance number so. at least, he's got away and is safe somewhere.)

[she's able to get to the machine in no time, but she finds a different sort of commotion than she expected. trying to move through a wall of backup dancers is high on the list of both the unexpected and the absurd, but it's happening. it's doing nothing to help her (mild) hangover from partying through halloween and into the next day. thanks lance. (nah, it's fine. actually thanks.)

Well, this is a lot. The whole singing and dancing thing would have been surprising all by itself, but even as Chizuru's mind seems to linger on the song as if it's somehow been enchanted by it, the back of her brain is still buzzing with everything that was visible before that. The people running. The panic. And then Jinx right there, just-- threatening someone like that. So casually.

It leaves Chizuru worried, and a little terrified. She doesn't even known if her resposne will be seen in the middle of all this half-performance half-chaos, or if it will be seen only later after it all, but she still can't help but leave a message, her eyes wide with terror. ]

W-What's happening..?

[ Is Jinx really out there threatening people for something that sounds like an accident..? ]

Jinx is being a pain on my rear end is what's happening!

(but then he recognizes the voice!)

Oh, it's you! You're the girl Jinx likes. You're just the person I need for this. I know this might be a bit scary... but I think having her see how you are feeling will get her to think twice about her actions.

(when her dumb dance number (yes, mr.bananas thinks it was dumb but only because of the circumstances. if any other situation, he would praise her) is over with, the crowd is looking all bewildered as to what just happened. but it only last for a few seconds before remembering, oh wait, this blue haired girl just shot a person. so they start to scatter and leaving jinx standing there in confusion.

mr. bananas spots vi and rushes right over.)

Oh Vi, Oh Vi! Thank goodness you're here!

(he will hop on over the older sister's shoulder and perch himself there in a huff.)

It's this pesky shimmer aggression of hers! It's such a problem. She keeps going off the handle over the littlest things. But not to worry, I have the ring in my vest coat.

(sadly, she has to rely on her omen for communication since he took her omni away. who knows where but the reason is for this exact reason. because jinx continues to behave this way and its unacceptable. for her omen, anyway.

mr.bananas will translate what neo is telling her as she replies back in video. she will get a close up look on the side of jinx's face since her omen is perched on her shoulder. she is walking on as if what happened wasn't a big deal. the trenchies, who are left, are cowering as she moves on. will one be brave enough to take her on? whose to say.)

(what a strange behavior of her chatting so casually. in her omen's view, she seems to be approaching a stand nearby. the trenchie in charge of it immediately flees off somewhere; abandoning the whole thing. jinx doesn't appear phase by the reaction at all and she reaches over to grab an apple.)

'Cuz sometimes things happen when it's not really happening.

(this will be the closest alucard will ever get of her confessing she has hallucinations on a daily basis. )

Perhaps if you paid more attention to what you hear you might know that omens are only made of blood and magic. Still, shooting pheasant would certainly be an improvement, though I'm afraid you'll have to find some other kitchen to roast it in; our head cook has lost her taste for fowl.

Anyway, there aren't any city guards here for you to run from––there's only The Reckoning, and she can't be evaded or placated. It's been a few months since her rule, but the seasons still turn, and hers is always coming. She won't forget this, and she's not one for making amends. I'm sure you think you can fight off a Pthumerian, and I doubt you'll listen to anybody saying otherwise, but I am honor-bound to try, and I truly would prefer it if you didn't get yourself needlessly killed. It would be very upsetting for Mister Bananas at the least.

(that somehow stills jinx from moving on. there's a look she gives to her omen because how dare he say something so personal like this. however though, she doesn't retaliate or protest. there's just silence as she... resumes on to walk ahead along the strip. the trenchies ducking and shrinking away when she goes by. this again, doesn't bother her -- barely bats an eye of how fearful they are of her now.)
