yes and no. it gets simple but complicated. lets say ure at a table and eating THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD. and ure crazy happy about that. but then suddenly? u get rly frustrated. now u KNOW u werent frustrated before. u were just happy a sec ago but now ure all frustrated and u want to throw smth or punch ur fist at a table.
that emotion isnt u, it that other person. so what u do w/ that (or what i do) is think about on a feeling u had that made u feel super cozy!! like waking up in the morning and ure all snugged in blankets w/ a nice soft pillow under ur head. take THAT and shove it to them! it makes them feel good too.
