I know that. I'm just reminding you of something I know I need to remind myself about:

Take care of yourself first, or you're not going to be able to help anyone else.

I'm already planning on putting feelers out on the dirt thing. A lady mentioned something about her orchard from Deerington being next to the place where she found her house here. The dirt there might be pretty good, so that's not a bad place to start.
