Lord Maul, I apologize. The issue is already being handled and I've agreed not to have any further communication with Skywalker. I've come to realize that I was also inappropriate in the way that I spoke to him and would prefer this issue not to escalate any further.
I realize I should have contacted you to say as much earlier, but in my defense...I don't actually have a defense, I simply forgot to. I apologize for that as well. :(
