I think that's the thing about this place. You're allowed it now. We have so much that we couldn't have back home. And it can be in all sorts of ways. Sometimes it's crying as much as you want, because it's cathartic. Sometimes it's allowing yourself to be angry or upset at how unfair things are. Sometimes it's expecting less of yourself because you're hurting and grieving, and just being gentler with yourself for a little while.

Keep holding onto that thought. And in turn know that she loved you, too.

I think I forget I'm allowed to be all those things. I think I worry that I if I allow myself such a thing, something will remind me I'm not. I don't want to feel like I'm giving up hope.

I've never been angry. [Despite having so much to be mad about.] I suppose I'm still learning to allow myself more, even more of myself.

No one and nothing can tell you you're not allowed things. Just remember that. But you can still be upset without giving up hope, too.

Anger is good, sometimes. Like any emotion. And that's alright if you're still learning, too! :) And here in Trench? You're here to live your own life, even if that means learning to be your own person.
