On Arrakis, he's called the Lisan al-Gaib. It's translated as The Voice from the Outer World, or Prophet of the Unseen.
The prophecy states that a messiah will come from the stars to the planet, accompanied by his mother, to lead the Fremen people to paradise. He will transform the desert into an oasis, drive off the foreign invaders, and liberate them from the yoke of oppression.
It's a template-prophecy for worlds where conditions are so difficult that an outsider would need to be able to take total control of a culture in order to survive. All it predicts is that a subjugated people will want to rebel. The prophecy is seeded to insure against them choosing a leader or a cause of their own, or anything else that might threaten the order of the Empire.
