[ there's a house covered in toilet paper with a very tired jedi standing in front of it, just massaging his temple. ]

Is there a reason why my house is covered in paper? I assume there is a purpose to this other than a gross misuse of resources and time. If you have any issues with me, I much prefer a discussion than a clean up job.

[ he swats some of the butterflies away before sighing. ]

I'll be here. Tidying up.

I hope not. We're trying to find a way to reuse the material in a more productive manner.

[ he sighs a little. ]

It just seems like such a strange act overall.

You haven't found out who did it yet?

[ Chizuru assumes not, judging by his initial message, but maybe someone in the meantime already came to him to confess to the act.. ]

If so, you could ask them why they did this. I assume they must have had some sort of reason.. though I can't really think of any reason to cover anyone's house in paper myself.

I can't either. It's not the kind of retaliation that is usually invited upon me.

[ he's used to more death threats and murder. ]

.. you think it's revenge? [ It's a weird kind of revenge, that point she will agree on.

But what Chizuru is thinking about here more, or rather, is more concerned with.. ]

Did you even do something to deserve it though? I can't imagine..

[ After all, he seemed perfectly nice the last time she spoke to him. She can't imagine him doing something deserving of revenge. ]

[ he smiles at that. ]

Unfortunately, I do attract trouble, but I rarely attract this kind of juvenile retaliation, so my mind is drawing a blank.

[ Juvenile.

Well, Chizuru does suppose that this act is kind of juvenile in its approach, though she's also glad that it doesn't really hurt anyone - other than Obi-Wan's time, anyway. ]

Have you had any trouble recently then? Um.. even if it's the kind of problem you wouldn't expect this sort of reaction to?

[ Maybe that's why he can't think of what would cause this - because it's too light compared to some situation that might have caused it. Like a mismatch. ]

[jedies]

[ he shakes his head firmly. ]

None comes to mind. If I still had students, I suppose I'd expect them to pull a prank of some sorts, but I can't think of anyone I know doing such a thing.

That's so strange..

[ Such an action, that someone would have to put actual forethought and effort into. And yet there's no reason for it.. ]

.. I guess maybe it was just someone randomly planning on doing it to a house then, and it unfortunately happened to happen to yours..

Anything is possible.

I might as well move on. I doubt whoever did it will step forward.

[ That does seem to be the case.. ]

In that case.. I hope it'll just be this one random incident, no matter how strange or inconvenient it is.

[ After all, it still sure is better than him having to clean up his house again a second or a third time. ]
