[ there's a house covered in toilet paper with a very tired jedi standing in front of it, just massaging his temple. ]

Is there a reason why my house is covered in paper? I assume there is a purpose to this other than a gross misuse of resources and time. If you have any issues with me, I much prefer a discussion than a clean up job.

[ he swats some of the butterflies away before sighing. ]

I'll be here. Tidying up.

It does seem strange. Not much of a real . . . grudge, so to speak.

...I think it's an Earth teenager who wants to be a little bad, but not really thing. The toilet papering specifically, I mean.

Is this common practice then?

[ezra_of_lothal]

So, I, uh. Kinda have memories of being an Earth teenager - long story short, Temba flavor of weirdness. [And he is moving right along, not explaining any more of that. That way lies things he plans on never, ever telling Obi-wan.]

To those memories, yeah, pretty common.

[jedies]

[ . . . that's new. ]

I see. Well, no matter. Once we clean up, we'll put this behind us.

[Ezra hums in agreement.]

An exercise in a little bit finer control of telekenesis isn't a bad thing, anyway.

Yes. Being gentle and not leaving leftovers all over the house will be a good lesson in itself.

[ezra_of_lothal]

My control hasn't been as good, since I got here. The blood change, I think.

[jedies]

[ he sighs. ]

Yes, it has its moments. But it's something we can work on.

[ezra_of_lothal]

Oh. Not just me, then.

[Well, none of the other Force users have brought it up with him before.]

[jedies]

Of course not. Why would you think that?

[ezra_of_lothal]

I know blood types can affect native abilities in all kinds of ways, in general, but - [He shrugs.]

No one from our galaxy has mentioned having any sort of difficulty with Force abilities before.

[jedies]

Everyone has difficulties with the Force. While our understanding is innate, it is very much limited and prone to mistakes. I made plenty as a child and I imagine I still make them now.

[ezra_of_lothal]

[He smiles a little.]

We're all limited and imperfect, yeah.

I just wasn't expecting to feel like I'd have to practically relearn telekinesis all over again.

[jedies]

Well. At least it should be a quick lesson.

[ezra_of_lothal]

Hopefully.

[And with that he closes his eyes, trying to be sure he's centered, before he starts in on delicately unraveling snarls of paper.]

[jedies]

[ in a soft voice. ]

Gently.

[ezra_of_lothal]

[He nods a little, but keeps his eyes closed. Some of Kanan's influence here, perhaps, that he trusts his sense in the Force to discern where tree and paper begin and end, more than his eyesight from the ground.

After he's traced along a long loop, he starts carefully tugging to get to unfurl and slide off a limb so that it floats towards the ground.]

[jedies]

[ he nods approvingly. ]

Very good.

[ezra_of_lothal]

[A murmur, as he lets his senses slide to the next tangle-]

Thank you, Master.

[His presence in the Force brightens at the praise, too.]

Your control is much more fine than you give yourself credit for.

Not to put myself down or anything, but I do think the moonlight is making it easier for me right now.

[He opens an eye, to squint in Obi-wan's direction, with a crooked grin.]

Well, influenced by the Moon Presence is part of my abilities, now.
