Hang in there, everyone... This should just be only a couple weeks more right? The darkness at least. I've been on a planet for so long I forgot how to manage the darkness effects at first...
But take it from me and some other folks who worked or lived in space-
Try your best to keep a routine of "day" and "night" hours so your body has some sense of cadence
It should help you feel less messed up when theres no daylight to rely on
(To say nothing of the bugs which you should already know to be avoiding by now)
I'll try to think up any other good tips but the sleep cycles a big one
If you need help getting around too let me know
I don't mind lending a hand

I once lived on a planet where the trash of many planets was dumped. There were entire caverns and tunnels created within the piles. There was no way to tell day from night. A more hellish place I have never been forced to endure. So everyone here needs to stop being dramatic and turn on some lights if they fear eternal darkness that much.
