Hang in there, everyone... This should just be only a couple weeks more right? The darkness at least. I've been on a planet for so long I forgot how to manage the darkness effects at first...
But take it from me and some other folks who worked or lived in space-
Try your best to keep a routine of "day" and "night" hours so your body has some sense of cadence
It should help you feel less messed up when theres no daylight to rely on
(To say nothing of the bugs which you should already know to be avoiding by now)
I'll try to think up any other good tips but the sleep cycles a big one
If you need help getting around too let me know
I don't mind lending a hand

I dont think any of us who use the omni have been here a full solar cycle to know if this is out of the norm or not
the local trench people at least dont seem too surprised about it

I wonder how they manage it being night forever? I am getting used to, however... I worry that when this is over, I will melt in the sun.

That shouldnt be an issue haha
though it will probably take some adjusting on your eyes
so maybe when you do go out with a friend or two you can pick up a nice hat or some shaded lenses

You said you were used to being on a planet now? Does that mean you've been off the planet before?

Haha exactly
Yeah i was an officer on the SDF for the galaxy railways
any time there was trouble out there my platoon was deployed to go help
sometimes it takes a while and youre out there for more than a normal day cycle so it can mess you up when you wind up back on a planet sleepy in the middle of daytime

me and my platoon protect the people riding the trains going from planet to planet

There are where im from!
a whole network of pathways and stations to get all across the galaxy

That sounds too amazing to be true. Like something in a novel.

Is it as fast as the train to Tokyo?

Even faster
planets are pretty far apart from each other so a train to get from one to another needs to really move

That is so amazing! Space sounds amazing!

Then I will pretend I am in space until the sun comes up. ☆

If I have fun, maybe it will be less scary.
