Well, not to worry, you won't have to do that. We have those big, really plush armchairs along with slightly harder leather chairs. And, if you want I can look into getting bean bag chairs?

You sound like you have good options already but a few more wouldn't do any harm. They make people want to stay longer, and if they stay longer, the more likely it will be that they want to buy something.

I just know what I find comfortable and brings me joy. I figure it might be the same with others here.

I think you have the right idea. And joy is something I want people to find at the store, sort of a--a shelter from the storm.
