I hate to ask this kind of question, but due to the nature of Trench I don't think anyone can really blame me.

What are our weapon options here? Where do I go or who do I need to speak with? Or is this more of a "figure it out for yourself" kind of situation?

Figure I'd check before I make any assumptions.

Can't rely on this bear forever that's been following me around.

I make weapons and stuff! The real question is what sort of weapon would you like? Because the weapons from my world aren't everyone's cup of tea around here.

For example. I use a big old scythe with a sniper rifle built into it. If something like that isn't something you're interested in, I can do the a close range or long range weapon separately.

That certainly sounds a bit flashier than I'm used to, but I respect your enthusiasm.

I can handle a typical revolver or glock just fine, but I think I'm more comfortable with a shotgun. I also made use of a pipe I found and a full length emergency hammer once, but I'd probably like something more practical than that.

Honestly if you're most comfortable with a shotgun why don't we start with that. If you're interested in something that can convert my weapon. I could probably design one that could double as a spear. It's not quite a hammer but I'll help keep things off you better than just a pipe?

Haven't really used a spear, but I'm sure I could probably learn. A transforming weapon is definitely not something I'm used to, but if you can be patient I can adapt.

They're handing and relatively easy for beginners to pick up.
I wont force it on you or anything. But it's something to consider at least.
Having something capable of melee and ranged combat could be handy in a pinch.

Yeah, especially if you end up out of ammo. I know that much.

And back where I'm from if you're out in the wilds there's no telling when you'll get a chance to stock up on ammo again.
