So my best buddy here is Viktor. You know him? He's real smart, can create all kinds of cool machines. He made this training dummy for me based on one we saw through a portal. He just fuckin' looked at the thing and managed to recreate it! And he's brave, too. He's been in a lot of the shitty places Trench cooks up, just to explore around.

Rose is like a little sister to me. She's a sweet girl, real polite and kind, and she can kick ass too. She was in that karate tournament a while back. She said she did really well. I wish I knew so I could go and root for her.

Sharon's pretty awesome, too. She's tough and good in a fight. She's a Hunter now. And she's encouraging; she's been a good cheerleader for me.

There's Allen, of course. He runs the Sanctuary, and just thinkin' of a place like that shows what a good heart the guy has. He wanted a place for people to go when they needed help, one that's safe from all the Trench bullshit. Lady Amaterasu blessed it while she was around, so you know it's a good place. They got a kitchen and an infirmary and a place where people can go to meditate, and bein' there helps fight off corruption.

Oh, I didn't talk about Palamedes yet. He's Viktor's husband. He's real smart too, of course. I really oughta get to know him better. But he's like Viktor, always wanting to learn more about this place.

Have you met Ezra yet? He's a young Jedi, hangs around the Sanctuary. He's a real nice kid. Has got a good head on his shoulders. He's already got that Jedi patience down. Oh, and he's a good baker. He made me some sweets for Christmas.

[This was just one of the many reasons that Makoto loved Usagi. The bright, cheer, and love that she just poured out, and to come up with something like this, it was kind of cute.]

You're so beautiful, cheerful, creative, and the sweetest person that I know. And can eat more cake in one sitting than most people would in a week.
