So what is therapy exactly? Aside from 'talk to someone to make you feel better', I know that much.

What sort of books would one look for to find advice for doing therapy?

Is this even something I should be trying to do for someone?

I imagine it's different practices across worlds, but she helped to establish the whole... process in our world. So she's used to training people from scratch.

I would be more than happy to learn. I don't think this person would take help from someone they don't trust, so I will have to learn a lot. I'm all right with that though - I really do enjoy learning.
