the effects of poison vary greatly, even with a slight alteration in dose or the person's weight, and that is not even taking into account not knowing the potency of the plant you are ingesting.

yes of course i do that is how you make potions you dont just use raw ingredients that doesn't work

no we are usually immune to poisons because of where we come from this is the first time a plant has made me sick
