[ He turns the camera around onto himself. He's wearing bandages on one of his arms and a boring black shirt he bought at the nearest store for cheap. He waves a scarred hand over his side. He smiles, but it just comes off as nervous. He's no TikToker. ]
Oh don't worry about me. Patching myself up was easier than whatever it's gonna take to fix this.

[Then she grimaces, nose scrunching up, protective instincts kicking in.] That don't look okay, buddy, that looks like you fell into a garbage disposal and it won. I can fix your superhero get-up, but do you have like...ibuprofen or somethin'?

[ His voice squeaks at about two octaves higher than it should be. He knows he has no proof. His provisional hero license didn't arrive with him. He's guilty in the court of nerd law, and it's been immortalized on the internet. He not only hides his pink, embarrassed face in his hands, but completely wraps his arms around his entire head and ducks out of the frame.
When his voice can operate at a normal pitch, he speaks again. ]
I do have first aid, yes, and I was taught how to use it. Though it's been a while since I've had to do my own bandages. Since we survived, I would say we won.

Ehhhh, if you say so. Got any painkillers or somethin'? This place the kinda joint where kids your age can get vicodin or somethin'? [She shrugs, finally, hopping to her feet.] Anyways! If you want me to fix your definitely-not-a-cosplay-thing costume, it's more fun than sittin' on the beach and waitin' for a boat.

I wouldn't go too near the water! The ocean caught me and threw me into a well with a monster in it. That's how I got into this mess.

Well anyway, what does he know about ghosts? What he does know is the map of Trench he pulls out of his backpack. Written on it in pencil (in Japanese) are a few concise notes about each neighborhood. ]

There's the farming districts further out, but if you look like a wolf, they might not want you near the chickens. [ Awkward. ] But if you can control it, then it might be fine! Plenty of space.

If you like being near the beach, and don't care about how your house looks, the forest just to the west of you might have a few abandoned ones. There's an inn in the middle of it.
Lumenwood and Cassandra seem pretty quiet near the woods too. Those are where the hospital and the temple are. But Lumenwood has this weird red fog, and Cassandra burns incense all the time.
I'm still getting to know the area, but it seems like everywhere else is either too crowded or... not the best neighborhood.
