Need a few volunteers to help a project out
Gonna start blasting a pathway through the woods onto the next city
I have a compass to get us there but could always use others
Need some folks on hand to keep monsters out of the way if the blasts dont do it
Better for us to have something of a proper roadway especially since the lamps went on the fritz
And didnt stake down at first anyway
So lets at least make a path to follow so folks are less likely to get lost
Since that seems to be the thing lately
Roads gonna start out at the outpost first since thats a fair midway point and already accessible
After we get that path to riteior we can carve out the remaining from outpost back to the waystation
If youre in let me know we can meet up and start setting things in motion tomorrow or so

Im pretty sure attracting monsters is inevitable for this stage
Its noisy work
Which is why we will need folks to be on guard and protect the people who can clear the brush

give me a high point and i can be a lookout. a tower is preferable, but i will make do with a post. my omen can take to the air as well.
i know nothing of building roads, only guarding them.

everyone should know that using a horse did not prove fruitful last time. they attract beasts even with a compass's help.
all this work done by hand without the aid of animals will take a while, but i am used to being away from home for a long time.

The church steeple at the outpost is pretty high
But beyond that its just the trees
Like i said monsters are gonna come whether we have horses or not so we just have to prepare for that

As I understand it, blood magic is a source of pollution. Would it be all right to use it as part of our defensive measures, or are you opposed to it?

So long as it doesnt put you or anyone at risk of corruption more than normal
We got countermeasures but those arent infinite

I'm thinking it might be useful to put up a few wards as a preventative measure. But first, scouting. I will be there to talk specifics. Look for the man in the white hood.
