No, I don't believe the abandoned town will be of help. There is really nowhere else?

Anything outside of town has generally been too dangerous.

I'm sure you could find something that would do the trick if you looked. But I don't how reliable that might be.

Back in the dream we couldn't even leave the town without weird things happening.

Well, thankfully, I'm rather used to a nomadic life. I don't think having to move location to location will be too difficult.

I've done my fair share of globe trotting myself.

I think it's generally been considered pretty dangerous. The further you get away from the city the more blood powers tend to not pack the same punch.

If you're looking to explore a little more. I'm sure you could convince some people to come along.

Not exactly sure. My powers from home mixed with mine here. So from personal experience that's a no but not exactly sure.
