Hello.

My name is Naruhodo Ryunosuke. I'm still relatively new to this so please forgive me if I make any mistakes. I'm looking for someone who could teach me how to use a katana. I've been lucky enough that I have the weapon but I have no idea how to wield it properly. After recent events, I think it would best to learn how to use it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It belongs to my friend.
He asked me to hold onto it until he returned to Japan.

Though, a new belt would probably be a good idea.
I can't keep wearing my student uniform.

As for the sword stuff, i'm still trying to learn myself but maybe Diluc wouldn't mind being a teacher for more than one person?

I hope I'm not taking too much on since Nehan offered to teach me some basic hand-to-hand combat.

These devices can be quite hard to figure out but you did a wonderful job. I've been using a sword since I was a child and would be happy to teach you. You're right that self-defense is one of the most important skills you can learn here, and I would welcome the chance to practice.

We don't have anything like it where I'm from so I appreciate the encouragement.
You've been learning that long? That's quite the skill to learn at such a young age.
If you don't mind I would greatly appreciate it. I'm unfortunately a novice when it comes to combat that isn't archery.

Nothing yet.
I'm not sure what skills I have that would help.
I fear my lack of combat expertise puts me at a disadvantage, though I could go into academia again if that is an option.

Archery is an impressive skill! I've always wanted to learn. One of the most renowned captains in the knights was a very skilled archer.

[ Flynn is so glad to see other people also having trouble with these things. They're... complicated. Especially when one spends a lot of time in gauntlets. ]

Anyway, I would be glad to teach you. It would help keep my own skills sharp and it is admittedly one of the things I miss most at home. Teaching new recruits wasn't something I got to do often, but it was always very rewarding.

There is some kind of academy in one of the other districts but i dont know what they study

Maybe my skills with investigation will be of some use.
It would be nice to be able to learn something that would be helpful here.

I would be honored to learn. Teaching isn't terribly hard as long as you're patient. A bit like learning these devices and the technology here, actually. It took me quite a while to switch from the idea of letters to sending messages like this but I believe I'm getting the hang of it. Do you have any experience with using that sword, or are you going in completely new?

Yuri, if you teach him, he's going to learn all the incorrect versions of the artes. A little stiffness goes a long way toward learning proper technique.
