Listen up, jagoffs!
Don't go walking in the underbrush without a travel buddy if you don't know how to take care of yourself.
I found tripwire and a pitfall. So, carry a knife, some paracord, and a carabiner because there's no telling what else is out there.

You haven't seen any of those Zealots around, have you?

Were there any footprints?
[ The fact that this person survived hidden traps has got to count for something. Maybe she knows how to survive in the woods? ]
text;
No footprints either, but that doesn't mean much lots of leaves still on the ground and half this place knows magic so there's no telling.

[ He's careful to say prey rather than person, but what he means is clear anyway. Bad news, then. After fighting them tooth and nail last month, they could be at it again. He's exhausted and scarred, both physically and mentally, but he jumps at the chance to track more down after they'd largely gone to ground. How can he not? He's supposed to protect others. ]
'Knows magic'? Do you mean there are traces of magic that can be tracked like footprints?

I'm being a good neighbor by warning the masses. I mean, maybe? I haven't really dabbled in it but I teach in the same building with a lot of the magical aficionados?
text;
If not magic, what do you teach? Hunting? Survival?
text;
Good guess. Little bit of both.
Re: text;
I should take a class, then. I've been neglecting my studies.
[ He had his hands full with... everything... But he's not around here to make excuses. Just maybe accidentally sound like a nerd, which is accurate, and he's accepted that. ]

I'm Claire. In case I didn't mention.

[ He's also Izuku Midoriya, but "Deku" is what he'd be called in the field anyway. ]

I'd like to be as prepared as possible.
Actually, on that note, you wouldn't happen to know if there's anywhere to buy weapons in this place, would you?

( Rose isn't exactly a stranger to survival, but that doesn't mean she's great at it. She'd had help through her journey in Silent Hill, and even then there were a few times she's sure she should've died.
Now she wants to learn as much as she can so that she's never helpless again. )
I'd like to learn anything I can, so consider me a new student. I'm Rose Da Silva.

God, the last time I took any kind of classes, it was for yoga back home. Never thought I'd go from the Lotus Pose to Survival 101.

What I'd really kill for is a Starbucks.

I like DDs better.
And I think you should start up yoga if you think it'll help people. There are all kinds here, you'll wind up with a class.

If I could get a peppermint mocha from anywhere, I'd stop complaining forever.
( God, she misses coffee. So, so much. This time of year, all the holiday specialty drinks.... )
I'm definitely no expert, but maybe I could show some basics sometime. It's good for relaxing, and strength. Both would come in handy in this hellhole.

Coffee is coffee for me, black or flavored. Now I have to get energy from endorphins and whatever magic potion is getting sold.
And a lot of us could use some R&R.

Marking feels a whole lot easier. Will do.

You should do the same if you're out and you find any. We can regroup if anything turns up.

It might be best to begin patrolling in pairs though as well.

So, unless you're inviting yourself to come on patrols with me I don't know what to tell you about choreographing the group outing.
