[For the last few months, she'd been focused on building the home for herself and Asami - creating a useful fortress as a check against the future. Once that was done, she found herself at a bit of a loss. Asami had her work, Mako and Wu were doing their thing, so was Bolin...]

[And she'd avoided fighting here. She'd been tasked to kill beasts - and it would be so simple to do so. Which was why she hadn't. She was certain that all of them had been people, and killing them was all part of some Pthumerian plot she couldn't quite get a handle on. It seemed like their sort of style - the sort of long-term, sneaky corruption of a person's soul they had enjoyed in Deerington. Why should Trench be any different?]

[And that was what Deerington had done, and she'd hated it - she'd been just a weapon there, and the Avatar was much more than that. She was much more than that. And she still had no idea how to be her full self here. And wasn't sure it was possible. But she'd had at least one idea.]

So I'm going to open a shop stall. Move it around Trench, keep myself busy. Custom glassware. Gifts for your special someone, or something for your home, I guess.

I really need a name, though, and it turns out I am TERRIBLE at those. Suggestions, anyone?

Is that because of an ability or powers you have?

I've never really tried to do anything like that before but is it hard to learn?

Yes. It's a long story, but I can manipulate anything of earth or fire, any of the elements.

It can't really be learned unless, you know, you've got an affinity for it. Which is common in my world, at least. Well, sort of - it's a long story.

Yeah, it sounds like it but that's impressive though that you can do all that.

I meant more with learning how to make things from glass actually. I kind of figured your powers would be unique to your world. [between her time in deerington she has gotten used to people having these sort of abilities but it was still something she was in awe of at times since it's not a thing back where she's from]

People seem to have picked up enough here that I'm not so sure anymore. Something close enough, at any rate?

And I think it usually involves blowing? Like, normally?

Yeah, I'm heard as much too.

That's still pretty cool you can do that though. What kinds of things have you made so far?

Well, I started out with just cups and bowls, but then I've moved on to some stained glass windows and trying to do more art pieces?

Sounds like I'll have to check it out sometime but as for other art pieces, there is plenty of time for that at least if you want to make other things.
