I've heard of batcats and that the only way to tame them is to feed them bowls of blood. Unfortunately for me, my blood turns solid when I try that method. So, I was wondering if anyone else would be willing to volunteer? I've found some very pretty geodes that would be good for bartering purposes. Any volunteers would get at least one.

Yeah, it is. But...even though I miss a lot of people from back home and this place can get really scary, there's a lot about this place that's actually kind of nice.

I'm so glad. Is it just people who are nice? Or places? Either way, I'd---I'd like to help. Any time you want or need or just feel like it, you can shelter in my house. I swear to you that I'm strong, I'll have a batcat, and we can wait out the worst.

Oh, there are places that are nice, too! Like the Gaze! They have these cool archives with all these giant animal skeletons and artifacts and so many books! And then I have a really nice place I'm staying with a bunch of other kids.

I'll definitely keep that in mind if I need somewhere to go! What district are you in?

I've been to the Gaze, trying to find out more information about Trench. That's how I found out about batcats! Then I started keeping an eye out until I saw them. They're adorable! And I'm glad that you have a nice place to stay in.

I'm in Cellar Door. I have a house to myself, at least for now.

I haven't spent a lot of time in the Cellar Door since I'm usually either in the Gaze or by the beach, and my home's in Cassandra, but I know where it is.
