How many of you found a new found respect for squids after you got here or after you walked back into the ocean to get away for a while.
I didn't think of them much before but now I'm like well, they're not that bad. Might think twice before having Calimari.

OK but squid and crabs are two very different things, and a squid and a swordfish don't even have any of the same genus so are you just swearing off seafood altogether in case someone happens to be anything?

makes you wonder who is eating who in that case. that's an ecosystem.

yes and no. i'm aussie so i'm supposed to like it, but it's not my favorite. fish is okay, i guess. it's a big industry here so i'd assume its safe, trenchies probably wouldn't go around frying up sleepers.

I'm not big on seafood either but I'm not "aussie," and I'm from Illinois so ... I mean, it's just another part of the food pyramid.
If it's edible, I'll eat it.

Any progress made on actual food outside of fish here? Last time I was around it wasn't looking great.

eh, there's mushrooms. ray and i raise chickens for food. there's red meat but its expensive as hell. gotta save up a lotta shinies.

do you keep some chickens for laying? feels like that'd be a good angle too.

yeah, I heard about the currency system. weird.
