I have a lot of different methods that are good at protection, soothing of ailments and...a few that are meant to calm a person's mind. I'm used to having to deal with things that want to push a person towards madness.

You are very welcome to anything I have available. We made a lot of this in order to deal with the stuff the last world put us through. Incense and special teas are something of a specialty for us now.

[And he has way more then he would ever be able to use himself. Better to let someone else be able to have some relief from the sickness they are dealing with.]

Spoken like someone has possibly dealt with their share of it. But I am hoping that there are alternate ways of satisfying or alleviating. I've never been one to go with the natural way of things.

No snake oil here. Mostly teas and incense. But if you are desiring snake oil I can probably whip some up.

Come on over and I can get you all hooked up. Tea was kind of a specialty for us. I have some that are just meant for enjoying the taste and others that are meant for healing. You're welcome to try any of them.

I'll admit that I'm not quite partial to Cassandra as a district. Something about it feels... uncomfortable to me. However that kind of help could prove incredibly helpful. Especially mental healing.

There was so much stress before was there not?

Uncomfortable? Anything in particular you have noticed? I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Too much stress...which is why we tried to come up with as many options to relieve it as possible. We had our own garden where we could grow what we needed so we could be sure that everything we used to make it would be safe.

Mostly teas and incense. Some medications. We tried to come up with various things that would be catered to different people. Everyone is unique in what it takes to cure what ails them.

Unless the snake is in a bottle of liquor I don't think I'd have any use for it.

Snake in liquor? Hmm...that's one I haven't heard of before and I thought I had tried my share of alcohol. But if alcohol is your chosen medical approach, I have that as well.

Honestly, it's nothing specific. I just... don't entirely trust the Pthumerians. I think we've been given ample reason not to, and the feel of that place is too venerating. Walking among statues of them. Seeing worship of them...

The Pthumerians are not all bad, but I will take a while to truly trust them.

[She sighed. She'd already talked with an Arcane Scholar or two, and realized just how easily the distance of the gulf between she and the Disciples really was. She blamed the Queen.]

Your own personal garden is a ... it's a wonderful idea. Having your own supplies is one of the wisest things, if you ask me.

I definitely understand that. But maybe that is why this place seems to want us to give up the past...maybe this is their way of starting over and doing better.

[not that he fully believes that considering what he has already gone through here...]

Thanks. I have to basically start over with some things on the growing part since things got a little damaged on the last world but...eventually I will have a decent sized garden again.

Cassandra district. I'll send you the address. Look for the large house that looks like someone dropped a piece of Chinese history into the middle of this place.

[He sends the address off to him so that he has it but the house does stand out quite a bit.]

[Wei Wuxian is more comfortable in his own robes from his home as well so he is glad that he was able to find his normal clothing in the house. When Maul arrives he holds the door open for him with a small smile.]

Oh... I'm quite certain a few of them would like that. I think I will reserve the right to call this more of a second chance than a fresh start in that regard. but our relationship could be much better this time around, yes.

[She wasn't quite willing to just forget the past entirely.]

That's the sad part, but also a joy, of a good garden. Quite the little labor of love isn't it?

We will find out if they are worth that second chance.

[He smiles a little though and nods his head.]

It is. And I'm determined to make this garden even better then the last one. I learned a lot with it so I should be better prepared this time.

I think the main thing that you'll want to be careful is making sure the soil is purified for your purposes. It strikes me that the ground here is not as bad as Octobers were, but you want to be careful with purity.

Ah! Do you know a lot about gardening? I studied a lot in the other place because I wanted to try and grow a blue rose. I was never actually successful but I learned a lot. Any tips on anything I will certainly take. How will I know if the ground is the right purity?

I've done a share or two. Herbalism was useful at home, though I was more skilled in using the herbs. In the nightmare, I needed to rely on myself more so I picked up some skills.

You might ask Makoto Kino. She has a real green thumb when it comes to these things. But in terms of purifying the soil, talk with the natives. I know that a few people are working on purifying as much as they can, but small batches should be something that the locals know very well. They can tell you things to look for.

After all, we're still a little new here and I don't know what's in the soil here. [She was just thankful it wasn't like in October.]
