[The video opens up to show him in a large chinese style home. Everything just a little bit more old fashioned then even the rest of the world appears to be. Even despite having basically modern conveniences added in Deerington, they had always kept the home as true to what they grew up with.

There are dark circles under his eyes as if he hasn't been sleeping well. Enduring whatever blood issues they are all going through is taking its toll but for the mot part he has managed to keep a hold of himself. Which is what is prompting him to come to the network now.]

I admit I am not very used to using this...but hopefully everyone can hear me. I know that a lot of people are dealing with this blood...thing...that is causing us all to act out a little. I might have some options to help with that.

[He moves to show off shelves of sealed glass jars.]

I have a lot of different methods that are good at protection, soothing of ailments and...a few that are meant to calm a person's mind. I'm used to having to deal with things that want to push a person towards madness.

[He hasn't had to really endure that in awhile but the fact still remains he is almost an expert in it.]

Spoken like someone has possibly dealt with their share of it. But I am hoping that there are alternate ways of satisfying or alleviating. I've never been one to go with the natural way of things.

Snake in liquor? Hmm...that's one I haven't heard of before and I thought I had tried my share of alcohol. But if alcohol is your chosen medical approach, I have that as well.

Mostly teas and incense. Some medications. We tried to come up with various things that would be catered to different people. Everyone is unique in what it takes to cure what ails them.

It is. But if it is easier for me to come to you then I am able to do that as well. But I can send you the address if you feel like going out. I know we are all still getting used to this place and might not trust it.

I'll admit that I'm not quite partial to Cassandra as a district. Something about it feels... uncomfortable to me. However that kind of help could prove incredibly helpful. Especially mental healing.

There was so much stress before was there not?

Uncomfortable? Anything in particular you have noticed? I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Too much stress...which is why we tried to come up with as many options to relieve it as possible. We had our own garden where we could grow what we needed so we could be sure that everything we used to make it would be safe.

Honestly, it's nothing specific. I just... don't entirely trust the Pthumerians. I think we've been given ample reason not to, and the feel of that place is too venerating. Walking among statues of them. Seeing worship of them...

The Pthumerians are not all bad, but I will take a while to truly trust them.

[She sighed. She'd already talked with an Arcane Scholar or two, and realized just how easily the distance of the gulf between she and the Disciples really was. She blamed the Queen.]

Your own personal garden is a ... it's a wonderful idea. Having your own supplies is one of the wisest things, if you ask me.

I definitely understand that. But maybe that is why this place seems to want us to give up the past...maybe this is their way of starting over and doing better.

[not that he fully believes that considering what he has already gone through here...]

Thanks. I have to basically start over with some things on the growing part since things got a little damaged on the last world but...eventually I will have a decent sized garden again.

Oh... I'm quite certain a few of them would like that. I think I will reserve the right to call this more of a second chance than a fresh start in that regard. but our relationship could be much better this time around, yes.

[She wasn't quite willing to just forget the past entirely.]

That's the sad part, but also a joy, of a good garden. Quite the little labor of love isn't it?

We will find out if they are worth that second chance.

It is. And I'm determined to make this garden even better then the last one. I learned a lot with it so I should be better prepared this time.

I think the main thing that you'll want to be careful is making sure the soil is purified for your purposes. It strikes me that the ground here is not as bad as Octobers were, but you want to be careful with purity.
