Now it is the month of June and this month is a super important month for Usagi-chan~ because it's her birthday at the end of it. Now from what I know in the previous place June was not exactly a good month for her birthday but we don't know if that is the case this month or not. Because of that I will be trying my hardest to make it a great day for her.


And if anything tries to put a damper on it. I will personally pinch whatever it is in whatever can be punched, you hear?

[And yes she was being 100% serious with that one.]

I also have a few more announcements~ For one I have finally started to write more songs, so next month I will be putting on my first ever concert. It's different from just singing on the street, so look forward to hearing my beautiful voice~

Second of all I am still doing my whole love advice thing for those who need it. Also can do friendship advice.

Finally to all your beautiful people I am here to say that this beautiful goddess here is officially engaged~! Its a shocker, right?

Sure I'll give you a crash course on baking. Just remember though, baking is a lot less forgiving that just cooking something.

Why is it less forgiving?

Because with cooking you can just stick close but change things for taste. With baking if you don't follow everything right, or have the wrong amount of anything it won't work. You cake might not rise, or your cookies won't hold together, or might come out too dry.

Wow baking is an unforgiving mistress it sounds like. Just something as simple as wrong amount...

No wonder I've been unable to do it.

Yep, it's one that you have to follow the directions precisely. Even having the wrong size pan can lead to disaster.

How does having a wrong sized pan change things?

Because of the thickness of the mixtures, if the pan is too shallow and the mixture not deep enough it will change how fluffy or dense the final product is.

SO if I say had a really thin pan...would that do something like overflow?

Whatever you're baking will be really stiff and hard. So brownies would be more like bricks than flakey and good.

SO... size of pans matter and I really am puzzled as to how. How is too thin equal being like bricks.
