I have discovered regular gloves to have difficulty fitting my hands, as well as being somewhat challenging to don unaided.

Would a skeletal hand hold the same comfort, due to its rigid and chill nature?

A metronome is an excellent idea. I believe there may be one still somewhere about the piano. Thank you. That is most helpful.

Add padding to fill out some of the gaps and it'll feel less rigid too. Don't take the glove off and people don't notice what they don't expect.

I'm not very good at meditating so I've had a lot of practice with different methods.

I do not think I am good at meditating either, if these are the criteria. It only sometimes assists me in finding calm. I have often struggled with focused contemplation. I am a 'day dreamer', colloquially. It is a failing.

Maybe. But on a scale of terrible things it's pretty mild.

There is something to fellowship in failure. Perhaps we should devote ourselves to other, more practical endeavours.
