I think normal gloves should still work. Then you should be able to hold a pen or pencil.

I don't think I use any special hand gestures. Maybe a hand on their shoulder to be supportive?

Meditation isn't any different without lungs. Controlling your breathing is only one method. You could set up a metronome.

I have discovered regular gloves to have difficulty fitting my hands, as well as being somewhat challenging to don unaided.

Would a skeletal hand hold the same comfort, due to its rigid and chill nature?

A metronome is an excellent idea. I believe there may be one still somewhere about the piano. Thank you. That is most helpful.
