If I may have a moment of your time...
[Meaning, the network at large, apparently. Despite the tone, one of forced politeness, there's a definite note of annoyance there.]
... I assume the unique glowing effect is part of these 'blood types' I was informed of. However, what was not mentioned was how one deals with the inability to stop said glowing. It's grown tiresome at night, especially.
[Translation: Apparently I'm Paleblood and being your own nightlight sucks.]
How precisely do others manage this? I would appreciate any sort of advice, as I would like to sleep some time in the near future.

[ It doesn't actually stop the glowing, but it's made it so he can finally get some rest next to Sakura when she starts glowing, and that.... is the most important thing here, right? Right. ]

Darkblood isn't one I'm terribly familiar with yet.

Regardless I'm afraid there's little that can likely be done about the glowing itself. I agree it's incredibly annoying, almost as much as the nosebleeds.

Ah, well. Has anything you've attempted been helpful?

To be entirely honest with you I deal with the sleep trouble by simply working until my body forces the issue. Not eh... particularly healthy or advisable in the long run.

[That doesn't sound good. That really doesn't sound good.]
You're correct, that's hardly the healthy route to take. I've been told there are teas and incenses to deal with the sleeplessness. Perhaps that would help?

Sorry I was trying to be a little silly there.
But a sleep mask could help out a little bit?
I used to wear one more when I was younger. It might not help because like the skin it's covering might still be glowing.
But it might dull it down a little.

[ Granted, that's basically what Hakkai said, isn't it. But Daniel wouldn't be Daniel if that didn't immediately make all his Worry Senses go off.. Usually Hakkai would be just a tad too old to be included in the pool of people Daniel would usually worry about, but.. you know, you help out a guy in a troublesome situation, you get a little attached to their wellbeing.
It's clearly how it works. ]
Have you been alright?

Haha, it seems as if you've taken over my lines. I assure you, I'm quite all right. I'm fairly used to having a sleepless night or two.
[No, really. Sometimes you don't get to sleep because something's trying to kill you, or because you're staying up to make sure one of your party doesn't keel over from their injuries...]
But I'd prefer a long-term solution to the issue.
no subject
Well.. Yeah. This problem can quickly turn from a sleepless night or two into a sleepless month. [ Especially since Daniel is pretty sure it's got to be a blood problem if it's happening this early in the month. And those tend to last the entire month.. ] And no one can handle that.
Maybe they have a solution as to how to just make the glowing stop over at the Lumenarium?
[ Of course. The #1 parental friend advice: please just go see a doctor. ]
