[ The image is that of young man with longish white hair that's been pulled back in a low ponytail. Seventeen or eighteen maybe, with a bright red mark on his face that looks somewhere between a scar and a tattoo as much as it stems from a mark that's also halfway between a star or an inverted pentagram. Garishly out of place on an otherwise pale and muted complexion and gentle face. ]
With a lot of the city shut down because of the snow, if there's anyone having trouble finding food or shelter, Sanctuary in Crenshaw will be helping whoever it can. It might not be much, but it can be a meal or warm bed for the night. [ And hope everyone likes fish, because there's a lot of that that's been salted and stockpiled. But also a lot of baked things served with some of the corruption-cleansing jams from earlier in the year.
Which, anyone who already volunteers there... you can bet you were already cheerfully accosted and asked to help, soup kitchen style. ♥ It's a team effort. ✧ Either that or clearing snow; it's a big place... albeit warm itself this month, and shining like a jewel from the lunar lighting and heating within. The renovated Moon Presence monastery seems to be taking the blindingly bright bone moon and reflecting it back in a gentler manner for anyone inside. ]
There isn't a cost. Just try to help out however you can when you're able.
[ He pauses, about to leave it at that but hesitating. Expression still neutrally polite and composed, but... flickering for a moment. ]
...if anyone would like to help closer to when Christmas would normally be, it'd be nice to do something special for the orphanage as well. Maybe donate some presents for them.
[ That's it. He'll just quietly leave it at that. ]

He's a pleasantly warmed sort of pink at the compliment though, and says nothing of it. ]
Ehhh? We'd be so lucky as to have Miss Uraraka's help? [ His tone is breezy and lightly teasing. Warm, and he laughs at the obvious (yes!! he agrees it's quite obvious!!!) conclusion. ]
I don't think Sansa believed me when I said they'd probably like toys and sweets best. But oh! Decorating is a really good idea? And I didn't know you could knit. [ His tone is lightly surprised, but also impressed. It's not like he can, after all. ]

I only said the older children might rather have nice things to wear, and I never said anyone wouldn't like to have sweets!
[she would never!! cake is for everyone!!]

Lady Sansa— [ He looks shocked. Absolutely floored. ]
Are you... eavesdropping?
[ He would have made a great actor. ]

[sansa has heard this term on like svu or something and is probably not using it correctly.]
You may slander me to Ochako all you like in private, but this is a public post that anyone might see.

Eh? Perish the thought—
Far be it from me to besmirch the immaculate Lady Sansa's reputation.

Thank you, good Ser Knight.

Of course!! If it's to help someone who needs it, isn't it my duty as a Hero to pitch in? Ehehe...but of course, seeing children happy makes me happy anyway, so I'd help out no matter what! [She poses cutely - a wink and her tongue peeking out between her grinning teeth.]
Eeeh?! Who doesn't like getting tasty treats for nothing?! Christmas and Valentines are the best because you get so many snacks!! Oh, and Halloween, and New Years, and Children's Day!! [Ochako, you are not technically a "child"...] Mm!! I can knit little things like gloves, scarves, and socks!! Sweaters are a little harder though... I'm actually a whole lot better at sewing, since my mama would sew and hem my clothes when I was little, so she taught me how when I asked.

Miss Uraraka, you continue to be quite scary. He's equal parts impressed and mildly fearful. ]
Mm, that makes sense. When I was little I had to patch clothing quite a bit. It's quite a useful skill. [ It's the clean and edited way to say we were dirt poor and I was the more functional adult. He would have been made to do it for the circus as part of his errand boy duties were it not for the fact he only had one functional hand and was therefore too slow at it to be useful. ] Nothing that nice looking or about actually making anything though.
[ He tips his head slightly at an angle though, curious. ]
Do Hero duties usually include something like this too? [ He'd been under the impression it was generally more fighting, rescue, and physically-oriented. ]

Women in general can be very scary, Allen, never forget this.]
It is!! We also learn to sew at school, too. Mostly in Home Ec when we're still in middle school and stuff, but I remember a course at UA where they taught us different forms of medical stitching, too. Since we deal with emergencies and stuff, knowing that is important, too. [Oh yes, Ochako is well aware of how that phrase is used, hence why she didn't bring it up nd moved swiftly onto the medical application of sewing. She, too, grew up dirt poor and wore patchwork clothes, or sizes that were one too big to grow into them...etc. It's part of that lifestyle.]
Actually, yeah!! It's sort of a "low-rung" task for most Heroes, but community service is extremely important for a Hero's image as well as maintaining a pleasant atmosphere with society overall. Trash pickup, park and lake restoration, charity events...it's probably a lot of PR, but some Heroes really love doing that sort of thing, too. It all depends on the person.
Myself, I really just like kids, and making people happy in general, sooo...this sort of things is perfect for me!
