That sounds both very useful and very dangerous. Ghosts are just ghosts back home. They're there; they're nothing special even if you were to try and eat them.

Not really. Apparently the cephalopod rebirth takes its toll. Everything is all about blood now - perhaps if I drank blood I'd start picking up new things.
If you ever want to try, I can give you some tips on how to make the blood taste a little nicer. Sometimes it's a little on the sour side depending on the type.
