[The video begins with Makoto, who is currently almost glowing with how happy she seems, the expression making her seem much more feminine and softer than usual. The light blush on her cheeks and a smile that almost hid those green eyes.]

Hey guys, I know there have been a lot of things going on lately... And few other of these. But we have an announcement for everyone as well, Usagi and I.

[Makoto took a small step back to allow Usagi to step in and speak, after all she was the one that most of them would know.

Usagi steps forward, smiling brightly, she gives Makoto’s a hand a small squeeze. Usagi wastes no time and waves wildly to the Omni while still holding Makoto’s hand with the other.]

WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

Yes! Mako-chan and I are getting married!

We’re planning on having the wedding in June so we can both be June brides. And we’re thinking about a traditional ceremony.

We’ve got a cake all ready to go! And the dresses. We’re doing a traditional Western wedding.

We just wanted to make sure that all of her friends knew, and we’ll send out invitations soon. And don’t worry about gifts or anything, having you there will be enough.

That all of our friends knew!

Oh... and one last eensy weensy itsy bitsy tiny little thing. [Usagi is all smiles and then it drops as she becomes very serious.]

If you ruin this for Mako-chan who has wished to be a bride, if you try in any shape or form to make this anything less than the best day for her, I will make you regret existing. [She’s immediately back to smiling brightly.] BUT! I KNOW THAT WON’T HAPPEN!

Isn’t that supposed to be my line? But yeah invitations will be out soon.

( it's a bittersweet feeling watching this. she wants vi and usagi to both be as happy as they can be, truly she does. they're her bunnies after all, and her duty is to make sure they're being taken care of and watched over. that's the sweet part of this.

the bitter part is, well, she doesn't really need jinx to protect her so much anymore and seems to be moving onto the next chapter of life. it's a similar feeling when she builds all of her chompers. she loves and cherishes each and every one of them, but... there will be a day where they will leave the nest. to go off to explode and wreck havoc on whatever building, animal, or person of their choosing. sure, she can always build another, but it's always a little sad when they depart. proud but sad. )

( and as for the wedding itself, she... probably won't attend even if she gets invited. this is a very important time and she wouldn't forgive herself if her curse decides to make a mess of things. if it's an outdoor wedding, maybe she'll observe high up in the tree branches. if not, maybe someone can record it or send her pictures. later though, she'll contact her a congratulations. )

[Vira-Lorr looked positively giddy. The moment that she saw this message, she was clapping and practically beaming at the sight of it. Gods but she'd hoped that Makoto and Usagi would finally get the chance to do this. And now...]

This will be the most absolutely wonderful day, and if you need any help, you tell me. I'll be right there for both of you!

[She was trying not to giggle at Usagi's moment of seriousness there. Because, yeah. There was probably a list of very scary people who'd kick anyone's ass that tried to ruin this. She was definitely on that list too. No rain on this day.]

[This is something that Katsuki would normally just ignore-- he avoids social network interactions like the plague since they always devolve into disaster for him and cheery announcement shit just makes him feel itchy in that uncomfortable way. But he'd grown to care about Usagi in his previous time in Trench, and one of the last times he'd seen her it was... terrible, to say the least.

This is a far cry from that dreadful night in the snow, and despite it being weird, Katsuki is genuinely glad to see her happy. AND he's trying to take steps to be a better person and friend to people, so here goes. One social interaction of the positive variety coming up.]

Hey. That's-- that's fucking--[Great. The word is great. It's just so positive and foreign that it sticks awkwardly in his throat. Time to change gears.] Congratulations, or whatever. If anyone tries to screw up your day, I'll kill 'em for you guys.

[In contrast to Maul's usual snarly behavior or the dark snarky side most people got, he was nothing but sincere with the brides. He loved Usagi and was fond enough of Makoto, especially after the time they'd spent together at the Pink Monstrosity when he was hiding from Sidious. They were both good people and he was glad to see they'd found each other amidst all the suffering and pain that went on in Trench month after month.]

I will be completely on my best behavior when I attend, both of you have my word on that.

[Oh, if this wasn't the best damn thing to open her Omni to today. Ochako, finally back to her usual self (and usual age), delights in seeing her old friends here again. Usagi was one of her much closer ones, too, and news about her tying the knot like this...that's wonderful!! The joy in contagious, and the smile on Ochako's face practically makes her usually rosy cheeks burn. A wedding!! Will she get to attend an actual wedding?! Oh gosh, what ever will she wear? Does she have a nice enough dress? Oh, if she's even invited, that is...best not to assume anything.]

[ Don't mind her kind of meek response over here. It's just that this was such a sweet message, and then the kind-of-threat at the end there really caught Chizuru by surprise, rendering the girl quiet for a moment..

But then she swallows, determined to push herself over this hurdle. ]

The dress in place of a kimono is one of the big differences. But also wihtout a shinto shrine or priestess here we can't really do most of the traditional things. So we're going to exchange vows like they do in the west, exchange rings, those kind of things.

And yeah, you can totally ask! Well, for one thing there's white dresses instead of kimonos. I mean, I HAVE proper kimonos [As Chizuru well knows since Usagi gave her several.] but I mean, proper WEDDING kimonos? [She shakes her head.] Easier to get wedding dresses. Plus, no priest or priestess to help with the ceremony.

[Usagi can technically officiate? She is both a queen and a goddess so she is about has high as the authority gets.]

Since November. I actually confessed after Mina and Vira-Lorr's ceremony, but we started dating shortly after after I asked Mina and Hotaru-chan what to do.
