[ Oh hello, it's your friendly neighborhood egyptologist slash mummy hunter tuning in. Evelyn's hair is windswept and framing her face, cheeks pink from what is prooobably either whiskey or wine. She's tired of visions and migraines and soul crushing loneliness and has thrown herself into re-establishing her shop.

She's sat at one of the little tables in the back by the fireplace, the culprit of her pink cheeked, rosy glow sat on the table next to her. She's got her little device propped up against a book to properly frame her. ]

Hello, fellow residents. I just wanted to let you know that my bookshop, Spellbound Book Co., is open once more. By all means, please come in any time, have a look around.

[ She leans back in her chair, a little roughly, picks up her tumbler - the question is answered, it's whatever passes for whiskey - and smiles. ]

Who else has a business here? Let's all discuss our business endeavors, feel free to chat amongst yourselves.

[ Is she drunk? Maybe a little. ]

Is this a magic bookshop or a regular bookshop with a magical name?

[ Not that Loki's magic is working in this place, but perhaps the right book could help him figure out why. ]

A bit of both, frankly. At one point, it was history, fiction -- but thee days, I find I'm rather interesting in all of the above.

Well then I think I should like to come to your store and see what books you might have on the topic of magical maladies. A friend of mine is having some issues with his magic, you see, and I am the very good sort of friend who likes to help with such things.

[egyptologist]

[ She smiles, tucks a hair behind her ear. ]

By all means, you are certainly more than welcome. There is always something unique tucked in the stacks here, perhaps we'll find something you and your friend can use.

[ Oh crap is she onto him? He's really losing his touch. Where was it obvious? Is it that he doesn't have friends? Wait she doesn't know him. How can she know that? ]

Yes, I'm sure he'll appreciate that. Would you be able to help me find it? I... don't want to get his hopes up if it's going to be a dead end.
