Um, hello! I'd like some advice. I would have made this anonymous but I know even less about working these devices than I do about my smartphone from home, so I'm sorry about that! I feel like advice is better given in anonymity.

Say you're starting a new form of employment in a new place, and the air around the job is ... a little unsavory. Do you start working without telling anyone, to have a better understanding and personal take on the work itself, or try to come to an understanding of the position with your peers first? I don't think anything is specifically dangerous, it's more of a historical morality issue.

[Sumire would probably think it's sort of funny, but only because she's pretty sure she and Akira are two of the only people alive he wouldn't murder in a withdrawal-induced rage.]

I bet you'll do great, though. Do you think this job'll help keep you in shape for gymnastics?

Is it bad that that's a really cute visual in my head? Akechi-san just following a trail of coffee cups, maybe smiling a little as he drinks them, to signify he's "good". ...I certainly don't think he's BAD, now, just a little angry. Which is okay.

Oh, absolutely! If you want, we can keep stretching like we did at home. I'm not gonna let being in a weird place like this keep me from achieving me and Kasumi's dream.

[ Akira doesn't speak further on that subject because he's pretty sure Akechi can and will find and read this entire conversation, and, well, he doesn't want Akechi to come snarling to Akira at 2 in the morning to yell about how Akechi is a terrible person and Akira is stupid for not hating him, or whatever, blah blah murder blah.

It's fine. They're all on even ground now. Even squid ground. ]

Yeah. Let's do it. It'll be good to have some familiar structure to our days. I bet we could get Akechi to agree to train with us. And maybe play darts.

He's much angrier than I remember thinking of him when I only knew him through my father's station... I'd like to get to know him better, anyway. Do you think he's just hungry?

I've fed him before. It doesn't help the anger that much. I'm hoping we can help with the power of friendship.

Hmm... Well maybe he just has a super appetite. Once we get coffee handled, we'll have to figure out his favorite foods and find them, too!

[Luckily, despite the deadpan in Akira's everything, Sumire is nothing but sincere at all times.]

I can certainly take a look! Night Walkers run mostly through the more 'entertainment' districts, if billiards or something similar is anywhere, it'd be there.

I know I said you'd do great, but if anyone ever bothers you, you can tell Akechi and I.

[ Akira is very serious about this. He wouldn't commit murder... probably... but he'd certainly take care of any problems as they arose. ]

Oh, I know! That's why I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into before I told you both. I know you both look out for me, even if Akechi-san won't admit to it, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting myself into undue trouble that would make problems for you two.
