Video | Un: Fishblast

[At first, it's only sound as you hear someone saying 'Look Dodoco!' before it suddenly turns into a video. There's an just a single orange eye before it's switched that shows shoes. Eventually, it shows a face. It's a rather young face of a young blonde elf-like girl. Despite the proud look on her face, she barely looks older than ten. Klee blinks before she looks excitedly at the device. She turns to look at her Omen, a fox rabbit being, and starts talking to it]

Look Dodoco! I figured out how the thing works again. It's so weird right?

Oh, um hi! I'm Klee and this is my best friend Dodoco. I need some help to getting some stuff. I don't know who to ask because it's different here than back home.

Klee looking for supplies to make bombs and somewhere to make to them. I'd make all by myself, but I don't have any things to make gunpowder. So I need to make some more. Also, I'm not supposed to make bombs in the house, near houses, or outside. You're only supposed to make bombs in a lab, but I don't know if there one here. Klee also found new stuff to add to bombs that I wanna try out.

So, where can Klee find supplies? I'll give you some my Jumpty Dumpty bombs if you help! But only one since Klee doesn't want to get in trouble. If not, Klee can give you some yummy mushrooms that I found.

You might want to get someone to go with you though. There are some dangerous people around these days, maybe just this month, but still. Doesn't hurt to be prepared.

Okay. Klee will ask someone to go with me! That way we can get more stuff.

What's a video game? Oh, um Dodoco here. [The perspective change to someone else hold the stone as Klee is in mostly full view. Out of nowhere pops out a cute rabbit ball bomb] This is Jumpty Dumpty! When I throw it it makes a big boom! Then lots of little bombs come out of it. [A giggle] It really good against Hillii and slimes.

Cool! If they have a weapon, even better.

[Look, Luz is not about taking chances].

*holds back a silent tear. Why is everyone from a time without video games*

Nevermind.

Whoa, really? That is a powerful bomb! What do you usually use them for?

Of course! All my friends have weapons. You're not supposed to go outside without one. I have mine with my too!

[Klee understands that sort of. But she was trained to always have her weapon with her too]

Oh, Klee uses it to blow up Hillichurls, Mitachurls, slimes and all sorts of monsters. Sometimes, I use it to go fish blasting too. [A giggle]

Klee was sent to solitary confinement for two whole days once because I used it on the castle wall.

(Yup, one of those super violent worlds. Definitely explained why someone so young knew about bombs).

Solitary conf-what?! Who does that to a kid?!

[Also Luz couldn't even bear the idea of being in a room with no kind of stimulation for an hour, let alone two days].

[Klee looks a little confused by that. To her, it's not a bid deal at all since she's gotten punished so many times]

Oh Klee gets in put into solitary confinement lots of times. I supposed to ru-rumi- um think about what I did. But I usually just draw or do my homework. It's no fun because I can't go outside to play.

[It is pretty her being grounded.]

Ruminate.

Oh, so its not true solitary confinement (still sounds terrible though, me no likey).

What do you do that gets you punished like that anyway?

Yeah, that the word Master Jean said!

Oh ummm. Klee burned down part of the forest, blew up some stuff I wasn't supposed to, snuck out when I was supposed to stay in, Noelle and me played with bombs together, ran away to play in the field but fought a big lizard and lots of other stuff Klee forgot.

I didn't mean to burn the forest though or burning the fruit cart.

"Master Jean?" A friend of yours?

I'm hoping you didn't do all of those on the same day!

[Honestly Luz would be horrified/impressed if that was the case].

Master Jean is the best. She looks after me because my Mom and Dad went on a trip. She's the Acting Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius. They look after me too when she's doing paperwork. Or big brother Albedo when he's home.

No, Klee didn't do that all in one day! The forest is all better now. Razor, he lives in the forest, fixed it.

Knights of Favonius? That sounds kind of important! Grandmaster too, wow.

Are they actually here though, those people you just mentioned?

Yeah, they're the best! The Knights are always around to help people and stop monsters. Klee is proud to be one of them. Jean's really nice even if she's scary sometimes.

Umm, Kaeya is here. He's the Calvary Captain. Miss Honorary Knight is here too. The rest of the Knights are still home though like my brother and Sucrose.

Oh nice! People from your world! I'm glad they all can help you out!

[Boy, was she missing people from her own world now: earth OR the Boiling Isles].

What makes Jean so scary?

[Really, what scared a girl who was able to make bombs]?

Yeah, they're the best! Klee loves them a lot.

Well, Master Jean always knows when I blow up stuff even when Klee does it secretly. She knows when I sneak out to play. She has a special Klee sense! Kaeya says so. She's super nice even though she puts me in solitary confinement.

I have some people like that here too, and I happen to live with a few of them! It's pretty great!

Oh, so she's like, a guardian, kind of. One that punishes you with solitary confinement. Huh.

[Luz was pretty sure she didn't approve of that, but someone Klee seemed to be OK with it. Other worlds were really weird sometimes].

Yeah, Mom said to listen to Master Jean since she and Dad went away on a trip. I'm also supposed to listen to big brother Albedo too, but Master Jean takes care of Klee most of the time.

Oh so do Big s-Miss Lisa and Kaeya.

A trip? No kidding? How long ago was that?

[Sounded like a red flag there].

Heard that! But I'm glad they're here though. I've met some kids only a little older than you with no one from their world here. I'm always worried about them.

Um, it was after Mom brought big brother Albedo. I remember because she said, 'Klee this is your new big brother. Say hello to Albedo.' I said hi and he's been my Big Brother since. He's super nice and fixes stuff that Klee blows up with his alchemy.

So I think it was three years ago! She gave me Dodoco too.

[Klee looks surprised and internally sad. If she were here all by herself she'd miss everyone.]

Oh no! That's sad! It's no fun when you don't have any friends from your home. It can get lonely.

Oh, that's good, sure.

[Where were this kids' parents?! Not that she didn't have what appeared to be parental figures now, but what about her actual parents? Were they gone for good]?

Aw, your Dodoco is cute! I have an omen too, actually.

[Luz shifted the device so Klee could see her omen Tempest, a wolf that definitely seemed bored by things at the moment, choosing to nap in the corner].

I do miss them, all the time. Luckily, there are a lot of really nice people right here too! I live with a few of them now.

[Luz luckily doesn't know that perhaps it is better than Klee isn't with her parents or at least mother. Since Alice would only encourage Klee to destroy all the mountains.

But Klee looks absolutely delighted at seeing Tempest. It was a wolf! Wow, she only know one other person who is friends, well lives with, wolves.]

Wow, he's so cool! Wolves are the best.

Yeah, Klee's met some new people who are really nice! There a new person from where I am who nice and never met. Klee wants to met all the nice people here!

[This would indeed confound Luz and make her wonder what would have happened if her ideas when she was younger were unleashed in this particular world. Probably chaos].

You got that right! My roommate in the world before this one WAS a wolf, and she was basically my sister in that world. She's not here anymore, but there are still plenty of wolves associated people here.

[She really didn't know HOW to refer to it, so that would have to do. It was complicated].

I hope you do! There are plenty of nice people around here! I can even show you around, if you want!

[She looks excited at more people who are associated with wolves. She knows that people sometimes think that wolves are scary]

Wow! That's amazing. My buddy, Razor, he lives with wolves. They're his family. He calls them um lupi...lupu Oh Lupical! They're all really nice. Especially the big wolf, he looks big and scary but isn't!

[Klee nods excited at exploring]

Yeah, that sounds fun. Let's do that!

That's great! There's actually a few people here who can turn into wolves, and one friend who is basically part of a big wolf family herself! It's actually kinda hard for her here, because this place is so different from her forest.

[She really had to go and see Mebh soon. She hoped she was OK].

Cool! Oh, wait, question. Are you afraid of heights? You know, being in high places? Or flying?

People that can turn into wolves are real? Wow. Oh, I hope she feels better soon. I has to be sad to be away from your family.

[It makes her sad for the girl. Especially since she think if Razor was here he would feel the same]

No, Klee likes heights and flying! I can't go gliding on my own yet but it's really fun.

Oh yes. It's a thing. I'm pretty sure I don't even know everyone who can even do that.

[She kept meeting them by chance though, which was pretty interesting].

Great! In that case, I can totally take you for a ride on my staff!
