Normally you'd get the other person's consent first, but you kind of can't in this situation...

But it's totally normal to love more than one person. You're not weird or wrong for feeling that way.

You have my sympathies. Loving more than one person is a strain. Do you constantly second-guess your actions, wondering if you're doing the right thing by all of them?

It does seem far more common than I'd expected. I'd recommend we start a support group, but that would mean coming off of anonymous, which I'd rather not.

[to be fair this is not terrible advice from every angle. love stinks? nah. there are a ton of loves that don't stink and being in love doesn't either. but avoiding romantic entanglements completely? likely in her own best interest for a while, considering the mess she's made already. no need to make it worse. put all that shit on pause. so.]

Your situation is a bit different from mine--one of yours is at home, correct? Both of mine are here...though one is from home and the other isn't.

Have you acted on the feelings you have for either of them? That would determine how to consider your next actions if you were to take any.

I have back home. We have been together for about four years. The one here, not yet. They've been hurt by a lot of people and I don't want to be one of them. I'd give anything to not be one of them.
