I shouldn't. It's just a part of me doesn't seem to think I deserve kindness or beauty.

I value it highly as well. It's really underrated when it comes to relationships. The initial few months of passion can kind of override it.

I...understand that far too well. But no matter what we tell ourselves, what we may think we deserve, I choose to believe we all deserve some shred of kindness in our lives.

While it may be underrated, I find it to be a solid cornerstone to build on. Without it, things quickly crumble.
