TESTING TESTING
Man, I hope this works. Okay. Here goes!
Greetings to the city of Trench, the survivors of the Nightmare, and any of you that just apparently washed up here with no connection to any of this. My name is Dipper Pines and I have a few very important questions for everyone. Firstly:
Sup?
And secondly:
Tell me about your blood. As much detail as you can! What color is it, what’s it do, is it reactive to anything? Does it smell funny? Does it taste weird? Anything you’ve noticed!
Thanks!
PS - I think I’m gonna change my username, so if you see responses from “Alcaid”, that’s still me.

I’m not asking for people to bleed EXACTLY, I am just inquiring as to the state of ones blood currently. They just might have to bleed in order to tell me, that’s all.
Anyway, it’s because everyone’s blood seems to have gotten super weird once we came out of the ocean and I’d like to understand why. Collecting data in a situation where we really know very little about our setting!
A lot of us seem to have gotten powers that are difficult to control. If I can share information that helps people, then it can probably do a lot of good.

Blood, huh? Can't say I've had a chance to bleed yet, but now that you mention it
the people here do seem interested with it.
Made any headway so far?

Blood seems REALLY important here. I would even hazard to say that the locals are a little obsessed with it? It's extremely relevant, either way and it's definitely the connection between all the wild powers people are discovering.
I've made a little headway! I've taken note of four distinct blood types so far. Some of them have some unique variations but all have specific traits that make them groupable.
- Sparkle Blood (or Berry Blood, if you like that better)
- Floral Blood
- Glowstick Blood
- Blue (n Smokey) Blood
They may have official names, but I like my designations better.

Is there anything special other than the colour and smell?

Each blood type seems to come with it's own set of special abilities or attributes. I am still gathering data on that, but so far all of the Blue Blood's seem to have strong affinity for elemental powers.
