[Video opens up and its the Disaster house...isn't it? Or maybe its Halloween somehow making its way into the house. There are skeletons and zombie facsimiles all over the front of the house, ravens and colors of orange and black all over the top portion. Someone is very much using their ability to fly to make sure the house looks as complete as possible.

The backyard has a faux cemetery because of course it does, and currently putting up tombstones is one Luz Noceda, in a cat skull mask, and she waves to all of you].

Hey! Sooo...in light of getting back into my regular sleeping pattern, I learned that we have something like a certain festive holiday back home, except its all about hiding your face! There's folklore that reminds me a little of Samhain with the whole keeping away bad spirits, so I figure: why not get into the spirit, and meld that sentiment with Halloween from back home?

So over at the house I'll be doing my best to keep things creepy: eyeballs, fake blood, creepy music, the whole deal. Kinda helps with the ambiance, and so far? Nothing really bad has happened yet!

Granted, gotta keep it that way too! Part of this is for the fun, part is for, well, you never know? In case spooks around here aren't just made up.

[Look, she had a whole ordeal on a boat with dead bodies. Letting her naivete fool her is just dumb at this point].

Hope I see you guys getting into the spirit too! Do you all have a version of Halloween where you come from?

Yeah. I've found that most demons operate differently from my kind, since being in Deerington - lots of universes out there with some weird rules.

[Like, out of horror movies or religion, but he doesn't feel the need to get into all that.]

But we call ourselves that.

We have the expectation of what a demon is told to us, but I didn't actually meet one until I stepped out of my dimension. In the Boiling Isles, demons are demons, but some do magic and go to school with me too.

Though normally they look the part. You look like a regular person. Is it a glamor?

Human-shaped skinsuit. We pretty much always use them when we're gonna interact with humans - besides, I've had this shape for a while now. I'm pretty used to it.

I'd figure you would be after a time! Are you going to go as your real self during the Black Parade?

Uh...no. That'd probably be a...bad idea.

[Though he seems a little more contemplative about it, this time. A lot of folks here have already seen it, just because of the way this place is. People are just...used to other people being squids?]

The point is disguising yourself, right...? [Though. He really doesn't think of this face as a disguise. It's him, too. Things are weird, actually, he's starting to realize that.]

Oh right! You have to be in disguise, or a ghost would probably start stalking you. I think that's the concern.

Still, I'm sure no one would mind your other guise. As long as you're not an Eldritch god, it should be OK!

...people do mind a lot of things that aren't quite that. What's an eldritch god look like, anyway?

Like what?

Oh. Well, usually lots of tentacles, really gargantuan in size, that kind of thing. If we're being accurate though, seeing one of those is supposed to make regular people just go insane.
