[Video opens up and its the Disaster house...isn't it? Or maybe its Halloween somehow making its way into the house. There are skeletons and zombie facsimiles all over the front of the house, ravens and colors of orange and black all over the top portion. Someone is very much using their ability to fly to make sure the house looks as complete as possible.

The backyard has a faux cemetery because of course it does, and currently putting up tombstones is one Luz Noceda, in a cat skull mask, and she waves to all of you].

Hey! Sooo...in light of getting back into my regular sleeping pattern, I learned that we have something like a certain festive holiday back home, except its all about hiding your face! There's folklore that reminds me a little of Samhain with the whole keeping away bad spirits, so I figure: why not get into the spirit, and meld that sentiment with Halloween from back home?

So over at the house I'll be doing my best to keep things creepy: eyeballs, fake blood, creepy music, the whole deal. Kinda helps with the ambiance, and so far? Nothing really bad has happened yet!

Granted, gotta keep it that way too! Part of this is for the fun, part is for, well, you never know? In case spooks around here aren't just made up.

[Look, she had a whole ordeal on a boat with dead bodies. Letting her naivete fool her is just dumb at this point].

Sure, cool. I can try talking to Trenchies, see if there's anything unique about ghosts around here we should know about.

Oh, that's why we're fortifying this place pretty well! If there's something that can come out of the black to get us, at least we'll be ready!

Oh yeah. I think between all of us, anyone who tries to mess with the house is gonna have a bad time.

We could always try that good cop bad cop thing with them, too. I can stab ghosts. [He's helping!!]

We are about one step away from going all "Home Alone" style on guys like that!

[She was pretty sure Fern's room alone discouraged easy entry into the house].

Oh, setting traps, keeping safe, injuring unexpected thieves. Its the whole plot of Home Alone without the sentiment?

Right. Um. We'll just beat up the ghosts as best as we can!

Movie actually! It's a good one too-if you ignore all the sequels.

[Sorry, but the second one doesn't get a break even if Tim Curry is a delight].

We really should find a way to watch movies here. For now, I guess we stick to Jennifer;s club.

Ohhhh! Sounds like a good movie!

[Fern is basic and any movie involving excessive pranking sounds like a good one.]

Maybe we could see if she could show it, sometime?

It's fun! Better to watch in the month if December though.

I'll ask Jennifer if she'll do another holiday showing!

December? Man that's like forever away. But okay, a holiday movie would be cool.

Trust me, it'll make more sense, as far as getting into the season. Holiday movies are always better around the time they take place!
