[ this would be more hilarious if it probably wasn't something that was eating away at him. she knows he's big on his machismo and is perpetually stuck in the 80s when homosexuality wasn't exactly the most accepted of things. ]

[Johnny wasn't quite sure what he was expecting but it wasn't this message. At the same time Sharon's always sort of leant him and ear when she didn't need to. And he's always appreciated that. He switches over to audio and his voice has a mix of tired frustration to it.]

That was the point of it, I think: to mess with us. You should've seen the kind of shit it was hinting at about me. Pissed me right the fuck off. [ Some of it was hints, other parts of were a bit more on-the-head. ]

If it helps, karate isn't gay. Fighting with other men isn't gay. The only thing about you that could ever be misconstrued as gay is your love for Rocky.

It does help. But look- It's not my fault that Rocky is the absolute pinnacle of being a fucking man. He's been my hero ever since I was kid for god's sake.
