Anyway. I'm Laurel Lance and I've been here for a little over a week now. Not going to lie, it's been a lot to take in, but I think I'm getting there. I just have a couple of questions for people.

Firstly, where has the best coffee?

Secondly, is there a gym or something like it around?

Last but not least, I'm wondering if there's a need for legal advice in this place. I'm a lawyer back home.

From what other people have said so far, there doesn't seem to be any laws here. Which kind of worries me a little, but it's not like I can enforce anything. Not my place.

Given the oddities that we have seen in this month alone, one would presume it would be nigh impossible to enforce any kind of law or guideline; even some of the most basic ones.

Perhaps such matters are handled more communally? On a case to case basis?

I guess you could be right. People might get so turned around by the weirdness that they don't have time to focus on anything else.

I get the impression that most people seem to work out things between themselves. Which honestly, I am firmly behind.

Perhaps for the best, all things considered. Matters of law and bureaucracy are a bit beyond me.

Though law and order are conspicuously absent, perhaps you could still put your talents to use? A professional mediator of sorts.

If you are from Earth, are you familiar with the country of Japan? It is a small island nation to the east of China and the southeast of Russia.

Japan exists in my world, though I have never been to it before. Seems like an interesting place to visit.

I live in America, but most people I've talked to have never heard of the city where I'm from. Must be a different reality thing.

I cannot say I am familiar with many cities in America. I know of New York, Los Angeles, and Ohio.
