So normally on this day, around the galaxy, we celebrate "Life Day". A holiday that originated on Kashyyk, many other species also take the time to enjoy the holiday.

And while we have our own holidays from various parts of the universe and worlds, I thought it would be nice to acknowledge this one. In the spirit of the day, please share one thing about a friend, family or partner that you truly appreciate and love about them.

And perhaps we can respond in turn.

For instance, I would say I'm very grateful to have met Usagi. She's a kind, thoughtful person who always puts other people first and does her best to look after them. I'm truly glad to have met her, even in a place like this.

Now, perhaps someone else would like a turn?

This is such a wonderful holiday! Can we just do one person? Because I don't know if I could just talk about one person.

Obviously I have to talk about Mako. Mako is wonderful, thoughtful, kind, and so smart. He does his best to make sure that everyone around him is taken care of and I really don't think I could have survived Deerington without him!

Oh, boy. Bolin, I'm so glad that I've gotten to know you better here! We got off on the wrong foot, back home, but you're such a standup guy, and I hope that your musical goes off without a hitch.

Korra, Asami, you both are the kind of people who I can look up to. You know what you're about and you're so unafraid, and I know the world, whichever world that is, is better for having you both in it.

Chuck, Raleigh, you both deserve so much more than you got, back home, and I'm so glad that I met you and that you get to have something better, here.

Ryan. Ryan! I know we only just met a few months ago, but I feel like I've known you forever. You're a phenomenal musician and friend and I hope you're... okay.

[ Because he hasn't heard from Ryan in a day now, and is very, very worried about him.

Oh, and there are all the people I'm so, so proud of! Lysithea, I'm so proud of you for starting your bakery. You're bringing something so sorely needed to Trench, to help everyone remember the foods of their home, and bring something a little sweet to our lives. Maul, I'm proud of you for working on yourself. You're trying so hard, and it's really admirable. You've grown a lot in just the last six months, and I know that you'll become the person you're working toward. Manabu, I'm proud of you for figuring out your powers and working on finding out how you want to be, here. I know it hasn't been the easiest, but you haven't given up, and I can't wait for you to keep going.

Varian, Vyng, you've both been through so much, and for some reason you put up with me! I'm so glad that I've gotten to know you, and that you trusted me.

And, how can I forget, the people who've saved my butt! Ange, Ruby, Fern, Lance: You've all helped me so much, over and over again! I'm beyond grateful for you, and I'm honored that I can call each of you my friend.

I wanna talk about three of my favorite girls in the whole wide universe! In any universe! First, there's Makoto Kino who is just about one of the nicest, sweetest, strongest, most protective people you can ever meet! Also, she's like the BEST chef eeeever? Seriously! And she's so beautiful, absolutely stunning!

Then there's Minako Aino! She's got the voice of an angel and is absolutely incredible. She is also very loyal to her loved ones and will do everything she can to help them. And take her advice on love from her! Plus, have I mentioned beautiful? Cause she is! She's like the goddess of Love and Beauty, so it only makes sense!

Oh oh oh! And Rei Hino too! She's gorgeous, intelligent, talented, and fearless. She's so stunning I - hah- she was easily my first major crush. But I swear there's probably not a thing she can't do. And she's fiercely protective of her friends. If you become one, you're gonna stay one for life! And I'm so lucky I became one.

Okay, so that's the girls, but there's so many many many more!

Like Varian! Vivi is honestly one of the smartest people I have ever known. And I know a LOT of smart people. He's just absolutely incredible? And also, he can build like, ANYTHING. He could probably build a spaceship if you gave him the parts or something. ALSO oh! Oh my gosh, he's a phenomenal artist. Like seriously, Varian, is there anything you can't do? ALSO, EVERYONE SHOULD ASK HIM TO SING CAUSE MY BABY BRO HAS THE VOICE OF AN ANGEL AND NEVER SHARES IT AND IT'S A CRYING SHAME. GO GO GO! ASK MY AMAZINGLY SMART BABY BROTHER TO SING!

And then of course, there is Maul. Now hold on, before you go, Usagi, are you insane? ........ Well, maybe a tiny bit? ANYWHO! Maul has his good sides... even if he wants absolutely no one to see them they're there. He's a phenomenal fighter. And once he actually, you know, LIKES you, he will do everything he can to keep you safe... mostly... usually. To the best of his ability! But uuuh, please know we are NOT dating? We are seriously not a couple of any sort.

How can I not mention Obi-Wan in return? He's only like, the most kind, most understanding man there IS? He's super wise and gentle, and just everything about him makes you feel accepted and welcomed. And like, you ever have anyone just immediately GET you? He gets me. And he probably won't agree with this but he's also stupidly handsome? Like I don't even really LIKE guys with beards but Obi-Wan definitely pulls it off with absolute precision!

Moving on, there's another person I love with my heart, Atsushi Nakajima! Sushi-kun is always trying his best and is so helpful and considerate of others! He wants to do so much good in the world and I want to support him every step of the way. And also like a rockstar at cleaning? I mean, that's how we met! He's shy though so this might embarrass him but trust me when I say he's awesome if you haven't gotten a chance to really, like REALLY get to know him. He's gonna insist you shouldn't, don't believe him.

Now, there's Fern. I don't usually understand his slang but that doesn't change how much I understand how awesome he is! He's sweet and trying to do everything he can to improve and that's such an honestly noble thing. That's probably why he's a knight! And like, he constantly offers to help. He'll insist it's for like, the monster-hunting or the loot from a dungeon but don't believe THAT for even a blink of a second. He's doing it to help people too. And he's very skilled at creative stuff too! You should totally see some of the stuff he makes!

And now! Now there's my beloved Bella Swan! Bellbell is just walking talking cool! She doesn't think so, of course, but that's part of why she is. She's kind and sweet and if you ever want to just cuddle on the couch and watch monster movies? Or get some music recommendations? Bellbell's your girl. Also, beautiful? Just completely beautiful! [She crushed on Bella too.]

Speaking of humble women who will insist they're not as incredible as they actually are, there's Ange Ushiromiya! She's gonna be embarrassed by this, but someone needs to sing her praises cause she's AWESOME. She's calm and collected in situations, she's got that gorgeous red hair, and she will do all that she can to support you and remind you how awesome YOU are. Isn't that so sweet?

And how can I mention Ange without mentioning her other half, Ruby Rose! Ruby is such an amazing fighter and weapons maker! I've never gotten a weapon from her myself. [Haaa...] But I've seen her craftsmanship!... Craftswomanship? Anyway. She's also sweet and tries everything she can to protect everyone.

Oh my gosh, there are seriously so many who are incredible. Like oh oh oh! Luke Skywalker is just an absolute sweetheart! And always willing to try new food with me. And food always tastes better with company. Then, speaking of food, have you all met or know about another master chef in this place? Hunk Garrett. Not only is he ALSO a fabulous cook who is almost as good as Mako-chan, but that is my Makoto, not Mako-Mako, though he's awesome and sweet too. But back to Hunk! He's sweet and such a doll and pretty much just so supportive and loving.

Actually, since we're on the topic of support, how can I NOT mention Shiro? We don't talk all that much, but like, clearly, I mean, he's amazing? He does so much for so many others and never asks for anything in return.

Then, of course, there's my good friend Michael! He's so generous and kind. AND TALENTED! He made me an entire knew wardrobe because this place's idea of fashion is... well I mean it's FINE, but sometimes a girl wants to wear PINK and BLUE and WHITE, you would think they're allergic to colors or something. But not Michael! Michael is awesome and just absolutely there to help you!

Speaking of helping you, I almost forgot the ultimate helper around here, Eddie Kaspbrak. Oh, make NO mistake, he's gonna insist he's an asshole with a mouth, and like, he plays a good act, but do you need medical help? He's the first to be there. Fashion? To be called out on your nonsense? Yep, Eddie. Music recommendations? That's him too.

AH! MUSIC! My brand new music teacher and the sweetheart upon sweethearts, Orpheus who I mean, what a music teacher to have. Have you heard him? Go listen to him if you haven't. He's an awesome storyteller.

Then, of course, there's the whoooole Pines family, Dipper, Mabel, Stan-san, and Ford-san. Now, I don't know Mabel or Stan-san AS well as I know the others, but I mean, for Mabel-chan ANYONE who has an AMAZING smores recipe is awesome in my book. And Stan-san is clearly protective and loving of his family. Really, the whole family are just wonderful people! Ford and Dipper are trying to help get this spooky place all organized.

Um oh, and then there's Luz Noceda! Talk about someone wanting to help! She's got so many people she does things for! And I for one, am super impressed with everything she's trying to do. I'm sure she'll only get MORE amazing as she grows and how awesome is it that we can be there to watch her become even more incredible? I'm glad we're friends.

And, since we're talking about friends, new and old. I wanna talk about my new friend I made here, Kyle Broflovski. He's just really considerate and good people.

Gosh, there are so MANY good people here, actually. There's Raleigh Becket and Chuck Hansen, John Constantine, Bolin which, BY THE WAY, go see the musical he's putting on! But all those men are all awesome people.

And even more awesome people? Willow Rosenberg, Luna Lovegood, and Lucille Sharpe! Those women are just incredible. And gorgeous? Have you noticed how many gorgeous people we have here? But they also are so sweet and do what they can to help their friends.

I know that's not everyone, honestly, I'm just SO grateful for all the incredible, asweome, amazing, wonderful people I've met, and wanna know so many of you more!

Life Day? Really?

[Maul looks so very unimpressed and grumpy. Why must you be filled with sunshine like this, Obi-Wan? Why is Maul surrounded by these types in his life?

But he can't be a complete Debbie Downer, that would bring down the entire post, so he'll begrudgingly mention a few people.]

I am thankful for my brother Savage and if you have to ask why then clearly you've never had a sibling you'd commit literal murder for.

Even though he just arrived here a short time ago, Luke is clearly the superior Skywalker in this city, and I hope I can get to know you better.

There are also several here I'm sure many would consider to be psychotic murderers like myself but I am pleased they are here because they are my friends: Lucille, Neopolitan, Wesker, Jezebel. And of course my mate Reaper who I am thankful for having spent over a year now with in a relationship. I'd kill every person here if it made him happy. What bliss.

[Just ignore that slightly soft expression that crosses Maul's face. Mock him for his relationship at your own peril, he won't hesitate to Force Choke anyone who thinks his feelings amusing.]

To those who have given me good advice on how to go further down the path I am on: Usagi, of course, she has always been a light in the darkness for me but also Michael and Oscar.

And to my young friends, who remind me that it is never too old to learn something new and that protecting or helping those you care about can be a very worthwhile endeavor: Fern, Varian, Luz, Ruby, and Will.

Kyle, you were the first new person here I have really gotten to know, and for whatever reason you haven't been scared off yet. Congratulations.

Raleigh and Chuck, you amuse me greatly, but I also am pleased you are fans. [He's finally getting more used to the fourth-wall that is the Star Wars movies in other universes.]

Peter, you are terrified of me, and I can appreciate that quality. It will help you to stay alive. Also our...mutual friend will keep us in touch I am sure. [He smirks as if this is an inside joke which it kind of is. Mostly he's doing this cause he knows Peter will freak out upon reading it cause Maul is nothing if not terrible.]

For those who I despise, and you already know who you are... [Glitch, Willow, John, Luna, Anakin, etc.] you give me great purpose and your deaths will please me greatly. Thank you for that. [Just look at that sharp-toothed grin. And he'd been doing so well with actually being civil in this post. Sigh.]

And I can't believe I am saying this.... [He mutters under his breath. Then he takes a deep, deep, deeeeeep breath in before continuing on.] But Obi-Wan, our relationship has much evolved over the course of time we have been here and I have recently been given food for thought on it. Some days I want to hurt you badly and other days listen to your advice but at least it is never boring.
