Why hello there!

[Snow White is in her kitchen, which is really pretty standard. This time, however, she's not surrounded by food that is being jarred, pickled, or dried. Her army of animal friends is around her, per the norm. The more observant will notice that Snow has on an apron and has several stray bits of dough and mixing bowls around her.]

Several friends of mine have asked, and I thought, well, why not offer it to everyone!

I would like to offer baking and cooking lessons to everyone who might want them, oh not these friends mind you [Snow gestures to her animals.] they already know how to cook! [Because of course they do]! I can teach you the very basics, or if you'd like, much more advanced lessons as far as I'm able to!

I think everyone should be able to cook. I can teach you how to cook outdoors as well! It's very easy to start a fire once you know the steps.

The only ingredients we won't use are apples, but if there's anything else you've always wanted to learn, I'd be happy to try and help you!

[A songbird tweets something and she turns to look at them.] Hmm? Price? I haven't thought of one, I'm sure we can figure something out. [In that, it will be very likely Snow will ask for nothing in return because she does that.]

How silly of us not to think of Omens the first time, we'll just remember to use them for the invites next time is all~

I would love to be in one. [She replies rather wistfully.] Oh, it's not that I need it, of course, but it would be so nice to wear one, at least once, to feel like a proper princess, I suppose. [Growing up forced into rags and scraps, made to do hard labor day-in and day-out, sleeping on the floors with some straw and a ratty blanket as your only bed... she knows she IS a princess, but she never got to really feel like one... not for a very long time.]

You would--you'd look incredible in one. Red or blue, to highlight how beautiful you are. [and the idea of Snow being treated as anything but a proper princess, not even knowing her full background? it makes Rose's hackles rise and the urge to protect or defend strong] You're more beautiful and more kind than any member of the nobility in Society I've ever met. You would put all of them to shame.

I want to see you in one as well! Oh, something deep green I think, or a beautiful royal blue to go against your pale skin and red ringlets! Or maybe even a deep purple, a regal color for a regal woman!

Oh goodness! [She blushes, putting a hand to her cheek.] Thank you, though I hope not to shame anyone.

Green! Green sounds wonderful, even though everyone says redheads should wear green. Green velvet, I think, with gold trim. And flat shoes, I refuse to suffer painful footwear any longer! No more heels, no more toes that pinch, and no more blisters, ever!"

[and Rose smiles reassuringly] Then best not to introduce you to Society. I think I'll have to keep you secret.

Do they? I didn't know redheads are meant to wear a certain color. What about girls with hair as black as ebony? [She lightly pumps the bottom of her hair and smiles.] Is there a color I am meant to wear? I would try on the rainbow if I could!

Oh! What is there to wear other than heels? [Soooo guess who has only ever worn her little yellow heels?]

If I am your secret, I do not mind being kept.

Well, there are certain advisements by society...one of which is definitely green. Though, another is definitely not any shade of purple and yet I love lavender! So society's rules can---can stuff it! Wear whatever you please, you're so lovely that you can pull any look off!

Sandals, but those are usually only appropriate at the beach. Wedge heels, but those are for the beach as well. Honestly? It's almost always heels, though the more forgiving kitten heels instead of the stilettos which seem currently in fashion.

Well. [blushing] With society only. This place can be an exception.

I've never worn sandals, or wedges, I've only had two pair of shoes. My wooden clogs and my yellow heels. My clogs were rather comfortable, I will say that, but I had to work in them all day so perhaps that's why. Have you ever worn clogs, Rose?

I'm glad, I want to spend time with you as much as possible when I'm not working... even when I am, actually!

Then we'll have to do some shopping and see what you like. Granted, it will be very unlike what you're used to, very unlike what I'm used to as well! But surely there has to be something you like. And I can't say that I have, are they comfortable?

Then should I come over now?

No, I suppose not, but it will be better than making stockings out of rags I can find. And clogs are very comfortable, you just have to be used to walking them at first.

I would like that very much.

Then we must go shopping to buy you new stockings. I insist. You deserve beautiful things. And is walking in them slippery?

Oh, not at all. I would wear them all the time while scrubbing the castle stairs.
