Hang in there, everyone... This should just be only a couple weeks more right? The darkness at least. I've been on a planet for so long I forgot how to manage the darkness effects at first...
But take it from me and some other folks who worked or lived in space-
Try your best to keep a routine of "day" and "night" hours so your body has some sense of cadence
It should help you feel less messed up when theres no daylight to rely on
(To say nothing of the bugs which you should already know to be avoiding by now)
I'll try to think up any other good tips but the sleep cycles a big one
If you need help getting around too let me know
I don't mind lending a hand

Thats gotta be close to when Ryunosuke and Kazuma were from

I'm afraid I don't know either of whom you speak.
Sorry?

Im from around 2221 so its always a little surprising when i hear from someone with a history that far back
I guess that means you were on Earth too huh?
no subject
And that sounds impossibly far in the future.
I'd imagine that the Earth I came from managed to destroy each other in the meantime.
And I was. No longer.

I never visited it myself but its definitely out there and people are still there
Mostly old people i think
It went through a lot but its resilient
Like people i guess haha
(CW: Trumpism)
I've been told horror stories about what happens to the earth into what becomes the 21st century.
To think, an entire nation confused by a liar real estate "mogul" with pretty lies and a wretched face!
To think further, that future foreign policy would be dictated by said "mogul."
JJ Astor or Benjamin Guggenheim, had they lived, would have put such a person in their place.
People are resilient, I'll give them that.

The stuff about the illumidas and the alien occupations were more interesting to a kid in school than real estate moguls

But, illumidas and alien occupations?
I can't say that anyone's ever mentioned those to me.
no subject
Or haven't gotten there yet haha
Anyway, you needed me to show you how to do the alarm stuff right?
no subject
It was 1912 when I left.
Yes, yes, I do.
I'd really be grateful for your help.

Just give me a quick yes or no if you can see and hear me, okay?

[editor please put in a montage of me BSing how to navigate spooky blood-moon tech; it has to be easier than programming a VCR.]
...and if you tap it again, see that it's off? So if you don't want that alarm anymore, that's all you do. Aa, hopefully that makes sense...

[theoretical physics was easier than programming a VCR]
Yes! Good-bye alarm, hello to a welcome...I hesitate to say night under the circumstances. But a night's sleep.

And I do hope so. An endless night is terribly gloomy.
