[So in the later part of the month, Luz has been through some rather troubling situations, ones that had her fighting friends/WITH friends in blood arenas, seeing dead bodies of people she had unresolved issues with, and of course, the lack of sleep. That is always a factor. It is, in fact, the primary factor for this video.

The video is out of focus for a moment, but you hear little shuffling, and subtle crashes for a minute before Luz finally appears, slowly, as if peering out into the world].

You guys thought it was still a work in progress. That I wouldn't have the time. (Literally no one said this)BUT! Against all odds and sleep being a thing for UTTER FOOLS I finally have it done! What, you may ask?(No one did) I'll tell you!

Ooh, wow, that is a pretty night outs-ah! Anyway! Yes! Back to this! Feast your eyes, mere mortals and assorted others!

[Luz was off camera, and shifted the view to give a look at the left side of her new room, having made full use of its woody-ness for lanterns and hanging lights. This is even more present in her actual bed space on the right side of the room, and all of this would not be complete without Luz's assorted artwork and many stuffed animals adorning the place. You can see Tempest, her omen, choosing to sleep at the foot of her bed, and Owlbert, perched peacefully on one of the bed posts. It's clear these two were Luz's moral support during her cleaning and sorting and they are now SO tired they will let their charge gremlin out as much as she wants.

All in all, it was a hodgepodge of all things Luz, from the witchy potions and ominous lighting to the outdoorsy aesthetic she'd immediately loved, topped with her touch of cuddliness and art that she'd framed and put up herself].

Ha! See! I finally have the room looking like a place for sleepovers. OMINIOUS sleepovers! Or not, they could be regular. But! Now its a space for a new world, with new things to think about and intriguing ideas about my personal growth I don't dare to delve into yet!

So you know. If you guys ever want to hang, just say the word! But I'm open to new ideas! What do you all think? Other than "she really needs sleep." THAT JOKE IS GETTING OLD PEOPLE!

Luz, dear. I will come over and share tea and cakes with you on the condition that you definitely get some sleep. Not a joke, my dear, but you could probably use just a tiny bit more than you've had lately.

[She hadn't been sleeping well herself, but she'd gotten enough... enough to still be tired but at least lucid. Manic Luz was a little worrying.]

You know that I've tried, right? Last time I did I left my body. Gotten some small naps in (and I do mean small) but otherwise nothing's really sticking.

I was afraid you'd say that. It seemed like the first thing to attempt after all, and if it's not working for either of you, that's a sign that this is something some of us will simply have to endure for a short time.

Once you can sleep, though, I obviously recommend it.

It does look really cool! It's really cosy- I'm sure you'll get plenty of sleepover requests.

[Seriously, she's noticed the skulls and wonders how THEY were not the ones running a bone museum and what not].

I know! Getting the lighting just right was the trickiest part, but super worth it!

Going for a gothic magickal cottagecore look? I like what you've done with the space. However, you look worn out. I might be able to help you with that.

Thank you. It was like this when I found it, but I've added a few things to lend it the air of a gothic physician's garden.

I've been working at The Lumenarium as a journeyman Blood Minister. There's been a number of people with Paleblood coming to us with similar symptoms. A transfusion from someone with Vileblood helps them settle down and feel at ease.

If you're willing to have the procedure, I'd be willing to give you some of mine. [A look down at his healthy-looking forearms, visible as he has his shirt sleeves rolled up.] I have plenty to share.

Oh, no kidding! I actually live with a Vileblood (and a cold blood and a dark blood, but whatever), but I'm sure not going to ask them for their blood yet, so thanks! Also, that is super good information that I did not know.

I'm definitely willing to do the procedure! I'm getting a tattoo soon anyway, so this can be some preparation for that!

I travelled cross country with two boys, my uncle, and another girl. Plus more as the group got bigger. So I'm totally fine with whoever shows up.

See, that's what I'm thinking! A sleepover should be a grouping of a somewhat similar age cool with staying up late and getting into hijinks! So many hijinks!
