[He's barely been here but for a few days, but already everything is overwhelming. He's trying to keep it together, but apparently there are other forces at work.]

[His Omni turns on and there's a fuzzy paw covering the display for a moment. It moves away and reveals Nara'a sitting in a small wooden shack, a needle and thread in hand. He's found some rags somewhere and has clearly ripped them apart to form more serviceable pieces of cloth. He's sewing a little bit, silent for a while, before he looks up at what his Omen is doing.]

Hey, stop playing with that.

[He sets his work down and picks up the Omni, looking into it.]

... Sorry about that. I'm... I was just trying to repurpose a few things that I found.

[He's quiet for a few moments before going on.]

I'm new, so I didn't want to bother anyone, and I thought maybe I could trade these for something else. Does anyone know of a place where I could do that?

I'm not the best at weaving, but I'm a fair hand. They should be serviceable, at least. A few might have patches, though.

[Hm. He nods and fumbles with the Omni for a few moments before the broadcast shuts off.]

[ There's confusion when he addresses her by name. Okay so her username was inded Gaia as well. It's just that Nara'a talks as if he knows her. It's followed by unease, particularly when the Source is mentioned. Keywords are recognized.

[ Ryne had mentioned a mystel on her journey with Thancred, hadn't she? ]

[He's so used to the Source's term for him... and it's been some time since he was able to go back.]

[ Warrior of Darkness? Yes, she knew that term. Knew the person. Gaia touches her fingers to her temple a moment. It's not like she's in pain, but it's clear she's uncertain. And perhaps a touch distressed. ]

[ She certainly knows she should recognize Nara'a, just as much as she would know Ryne. Dropping her hand, Gaia shakes her head and looks at the camera source. ]

[ She looks away, grabbing at an arm with her hand before letting out a long sigh. ]

I'm feeling as alright as I can be. Did you learn how to use the Lamps yet?

[Maybe they'll come back to her in time, now that he's here? He doesn't want to push her.]

It's not much of a place, really. It reminds me of Gatetown.

I'm choosing to believe you're not going to be just as bad as D is about this sort of thing. I'm trying to invite you to live here, you know.

[ Well, D has his reasons. Very good ones in fact. But the man just seems to like finding the worst abandoned places when he's not hanging out in her attic. Gaia chooses not to think of this as a slight to her own living conditions. Speaking of! ]

You'll have to not mind the mess, though. It's certainly livable now, but there's still some projects going on.

[ Like floors. And interior walls. And wiring. Gaia is looking forward to modern conveniences like lights and indoor plumbing. ]

I can help out with projects. I'm a decent hand with a saw if need be. It won't be anything beautiful, but it can be functional.

But... thank you. I'll be over there soon. I was just using this as a temporary place, but... it's not like there's really anything here for me.

There's plenty of basic labor to do. Don't worry about the fine details, I can find people to trade with for those things.

[ There's a bit of looking about to take tally of what she's involved in doing before Gaia turns back to the camera. ]

I'll be at the Waystation within a bell's time. But don't rush. I'm sure Uri won't mind visiting with his siblings if you've things to attend.
