You can trade for meat at any butchers. Fish is cheapest. Don't be alarmed if they ask for you blood, it isn't going in the sausages. But if this is for a hellhound, or your omen, they don't truly need to eat. They do like it sometimes.

I was under the impression that learning magic made you a mage, but my world didn't have as many different names for things as some, or as many mages, so I may be wrong. In any case you can take classes at Mutter's School, though some of the people on here may be willing to teach you different magic from their own worlds.

And ninjutsu is very like magic, and anyone can learn it. You can take lessons with my sworn sword Sasuke Uchiha by the Wellness Center in Darcmouth. He can help you to control your chakra, which makes casting any spell easier, I've found.

Omens don't get hungry. They just like to taste the food sometimes.

The School of Mutter the school in Gaze with the big clock tower. They teach anyone. There are classes in magic, but you can learn about Pthumerians and the city, too. It doesn't cost anything to go to any of them.

You can ask your omni crystal to look things up for you, as well.

They'll teach you how to control your magic at the school. If you don't want to take any more classes after that, no one will force you. But Coldblood magic can be very useful; I have been learning how to make it cooler for my own dog with cold bloodstone.

I wouldn't know. I never went to school before I came here. Many of the students are grown.

I don't think they can make anyone leave. I wouldn't say it's a very good idea to make enemies of Arcane Scholars, though. It's said they're hiding very dangerous artifacts in the Archives.

so? i can break a few old toys if they really deserve it. really, why should they keep dangerous artifacts in the basement, not doing that is the first rule of having dangerous artifacts

Few of us in life ever get what they deserve; I'm afraid Gaze is treacherous enough without Arcane Scholars rioting over a Sleeper breaking their artifacts.

Arcane Scholars are very often powerful mages, and sometimes alchemists. The alchemy has very much to do with the dangerous artifacts. It's best to treat lightly, here.

Some of them are. Many of them are kind and helpful. It's the same as anywhere. More of the Disciples are annoying than the Arcane Scholars, I think.

They worship the Patron Pthumerians. They're all different. I think they put on the festivals at the boardwalk. I don't really know very much about it. They say they're not scholars, and don't seek to understand. Some of them are kind enough; many of them are very comfortable handing out cursed foods. Some of them can be prissy and smug, and some of them seem completely mad.

Disciples can be mages, too. I just think that it's more useful to study the Pthumerians than worship them.

I make clothes and a little bloodstone. They call anyone who makes anything an Architect here, even the farmers.
